This quick dinner rolls recipe will help you make soft and fluffy dinner rolls in less than two hours.
We can make this quick dinner rolls with only seven basic ingredients.
The method of making this soft dinner rolls is so simple.We can make them in 4 simple steps.
1.Prepare the dough
2.Divide and shape the rolls
3.Proof the rolls
4 Bake the Quick dinner rolls
Bake at 375 F preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until the tops are golden brown in color.
Place the tray in the lowest rack of the oven to prevent any over browning.
Tent the top of the rolls with an aluminum foil, will also helps.
How to substitute egg in this quick dinner rolls recipe :
Role of egg in bread making:
Eggs added to dough help with rising. A bread dough rich with egg will rise very high, because eggs are a leavening agent (think genoise or angel food cake). As well, the fats from the yolk help to tenderize the crumb and lighten the texture a bit. Eggs also contain the emulsifier lecithin. Lecithin can add to the overall consistency of the loaf.
So it is difficult to substitute something else for egg to get the same result.
At the same time, i can say that ,as we have used only one egg in this quick dinner roll recipe,we can easily replace the egg to make dinner rolls without much difference in texture and taste of the rolls.
As one egg is approximately 45 ml,just replace the same volume with milk or water.So you can add 3 tablespoon of water or milk in place of one egg.
Remember, this will not be equivalent to adding an egg,but i can promise you that it will be difficult to find any difference between the one made with and without egg in this particular quick dinner roll recipe.

FRENCH FRIES INGREDIENTS:
4-6 russet potatoes
3 tbsp avocado oil
CHEESE DIP INGREDIENTS:
1 cup cashews
1 1/2 cup water
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp chili powder or smoked paprika
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp potato starch
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
DIRECTIONS:
1. Pre-heat the oven to 400F
2. Wash and dry the potatoes. Slice the potatoes into 1/2 inch fries and place in a large mixing bowl
3. Add the avocado oil to the fries and toss. Spread the fries onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven for 60-65min
4. Add the cheese dip ingredients into a high powered blender and blend on high until completely smooth
5. Transfer the cheese sauce into a small saucepan
6. 5-10min before the fries are done, warm up the cheese sauce on medium heat with a splash of hot water and whisking continuously
7. After about 1-2min, the cheese sauce should be warm. Be careful not to over heat or the sauce will become goopy. If this happens, add another splash of hot water and whisk until desired texture

Monte Cristo Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients
3 slices white sandwich bread or any type of bread that you like and you have it.
2 slices of cooked ham
3 tablespoon grated gouda cheese, Any type of cheese, you can choose
2 eggs
3 teaspoons mayonnaise
5 tablespoons milk
A little salt to taste
1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
1. Cut out all 4 edges of the slices of bread.
2.Spread the mayonnaise onto all 3 slices of bread.
3.Place the shredded gouda cheese onto all 3 slices of bread.
4.Place 2 slices of cooked ham onto each slice of bread.
5.I use a cutting board to press lightly on the slices of bread, cheese and slices cooked ham. After that, turn them on top of the remaining bread.
6.Using the cutting board to gently press on the sandwich again.
7.Place 2 cups on the cutting board for about 3 to 4 minutes to make the sandwich flat.
8.In a bowl, crack in eggs, season with salt and spoon in the milk. Beat the ingredients until combined with a fork.
9.Soak the sandwich in the egg mixture.
10.In a flying pan, melt the butter on medium heat.
11.Once the butter has melted, place in the sandwich.
12.Grill the sandwich until golden brown on all sides for about 3 minutes per side.
13.Cut the Monte Cristo sandwich into triangles and serve immediately. Enjoy!
