Today we're making a Wacky Cake! With No Eggs, No Dairy....Vegan approved!
Ingredients: 1 and a half cups all purpose flour, 1 cup granulated sugar, 4 Tablespoons cocoa powder, 1tsp baking soda, 1/4 tsp salt, 6 Tablespoons vegetable oil, 1tsp Brown vinegar(apple cider), Pour into greased 8×8 pan, bake at 350° for 30 min.

No oven, eggless, no flour, no baking soda Cake with #Less additives#lessguilt gluten-free

For batter preparation
Take 1 cup whole urad dal, 2.5 cups granulated rice or idli ravva.
First soak whole urad dal for 1.5 day or until it sprouts, Clean it every 8 hrs to ensure clean conditions for sprouts to rise. once it sprouts, wash it well, and then grind it in the food processor. Before you start grinding, add 2.5 cups of soaked granulated rice for an hour with water just enough for rice to absorb. for 2.5 cups of granulated rice, use 1.5 cups of water. add 1/2 cup more if needed, but make sure it won't liquify entire mixture when mixed with ground urad dal. Once done grinding the urad dal mixture, add rice into the mix and mix well. Ferment it overnight in the oven, or if you live in tropical conditions, ferment normally. you can see the raised batter in the morning. The batter is prepped now. Add pinch of salt to it, and mix it well.
