Baked Potato Wedges Recipe | Healthy Fries with Spices
Delicious potato wedges without frying is an extremely easy and fast recipe! It's a perfect healthy and quick lunch.
If you prefer, you can always skip oil (and bake potatoes at a very high temperature), and also completely skip molten butter. Spices choice also depends entirely on your taste.
We used: turmeric, chilli powder, fennel seeds.

Easy Potato Wedges Recipe | Baked Potato Wedges Recipe | How to Make Potato Wedges | Nehas Cookhouse
Potato wedges are amazing snacks which are loved by everyone, I have used lemon seasoning and mint to give them fresh and delicious taste. This easy and quick recipe is best to satisfy your snacks cravings at any time. The tangy taste of lemon seasoning and fresh flavor of mint give such an amazing taste to crispy wedges. This is a perfect side dish for lunch, dinner and can be also eaten as a tasty snack. So try it at home and share your experiences below the video.

Ingredients:
3 Potatoes (medium size cut in wedges)
1 tsp Basil Leaves
2 tbsp Olive Oil
¼ cup Mint Leaves (finely chopped)
Salt (according to taste)
½ tsp Paprika Powder (Red Chilli Powder)
½ tsp Lemon Seasoning
Instructions:
1. First wash and peel all potatoes. Now cut potato in wedges of equal thickness so that they can cook uniformly in oven. Just remember to get nice and crispy wedges potatoes should be totally dry. Similarly cut all potatoes in equal thickness wedges.
2. Now transfer all wedges in a big bowl, then spread 2 tbsp oil, I am using olive oil. Now mix all wedges using a spoon or a spatula so that all wedges are covered well with oil or you can also use hand to mix them. Oil makes the wedges crispy and also helps to cover potato wedges with seasoning.
3. Now add basil, paprika, some lemon seasoning for nice and tangy taste but if you don’t have these you can also use any seasoning of your choice. Now add chopped mint leaves for fresh and minty flavor and at last add some salt.
4. Now mix all ingredients well so that all spices blend well with wedges. At the same time pre heat oven at 425 F or 220 C.
5. Now take a baking tray wrapped with aluminum foil and spread all wedges on it. Just make sure to place all potato wedges in a single layer so that they roast well and come out crispy.
6. Once oven is heated to right temperature put the tray inside oven for 20 mins. After 20 mins take out the tray and flip all potato wedges, and then again bake for another 20-25 mins. This way they will become crispy from all sides.
7. After 40-45 mins once they are uniformly cooked and become slightly brown take out the tray out from oven.
8. So our crispy potato wedges are ready and they are looking beautiful. To check if wedges have right salt, taste a potato wedge, if you feel they are less salty then sprinkle some salt over them when they are still hot.
9. Now take them out in a plate and serve them hot.
Tips n Tricks:
1. If you want to use potatoes with peeling then I recommend to use organic potatoes because they have less pesticide.
2. If you don’t have seasoning I am using you can use any seasonings of your choice.
3. Potatoes should be completely dry after peeling to get crispy wedges.

Baked Potato Wedges - Simple and Delicious
There is nothing more I love than a good potato wedge. French fries are great, but there is just something about that thick crunchy wedge that is so appetizing. Our homemade baked potato wedges are just that. They are easy and simple to make and so delicious. Spiced to perfection with parsley, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, parmesan, and pepper, they are simply to die for.
I serve mine up with a mayo dijon dip. Ketchup or sour cream makes an excellent dip as well.
