These banana walnut brownies are the perfect way to use up ripe bananas! They're fudgy, delicious, and easy to make. Plus, they're a healthier alternative to traditional brownies, as they're made with oat flour, honey, and walnuts.
In this video, I'll show you how to make these delicious brownies step-by-step. You'll need just a few simple ingredients, and they're ready to bake in under 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
2 Ripe Bananas
1 Cup Plain Yoghurt
1/2 cup Honey
1 cup oat flour
1 cup Cocoa Powder
a pinch of salt
Dark Chocolate for topping
1/4 cup chopped Walnuts for topping
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 170°C (338°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. Mash your bananas with a fork, then add in your yogurt and honey. Mix until combined.
3. Add in your oat flour, cocoa powder, and salt, then mix until combined.
4. Transfer the brownie batter to your baking tray and add the chopped dark chocolate and walnuts.
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes. or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow to cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then release from the pan and allow brownies to cool completely.
6. cut into squares and serve.
Tips:
Banana walnut brownies can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.

-Nurpur butter unsalted 200g
-Dark chocolate semi sweetened chopped 200g
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp
-Cocoa powder ¼ Cup
-Instant coffee 2 tsp
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) ½ Cup
-Brown sugar ½ Cup
-Anday (Eggs) 5 (room temperature)
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 Cup
-Dark chocolate semi sweetened chunks 100g or as required
Directions:
-On a double boiler,add dark chocolate,butter & mix well until chocolate melts.
-Add salt,cocoa powder,instant coffee,vanilla essence & whisk until well combined.
-Let it cool.
-In a bowl,add caster sugar,brown sugar,eggs & whisk well.
-Add chocolate mixture & whisk until well combined.
-On a bowl,place sifter,add all-purpose flour,sift well & fold until well combined.
-Grease 9 x 9-inch baking pan with butter,line it with butter paper & again grease with butter.
-Pour brownie batter & tap few times.
-Add dark chocolate & bake it in preheated oven at 180C for 15 minutes.
-Take out from oven,tap few times & bake again for 10 minutes or until skewer comes out clean.
-Let it cool.
-Cut into pieces & serve!

-Brownie batter dal ker few times tap karein.
-Dark chocolate dal dein aur preheated oven mein 180C per 15 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
-Oven sa nikal ker few times tap karein aur dubara 10 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Pieces mein cut ker ka serve karein!

3 Ripe Bananas (~300g)
200g Plain Yoghurt (coconut for vegan)
1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons (75g) Sugar
2/3 cup (60g) Rolled oats *or oat flour
1/2 cup (60g) Cocoa Powder
60g Dark Chocolate + 20g for topping
40g Walnuts + 20g for topping
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tin (20cm x 20cm) with parchment paper.
2. Mash your bananas with a fork then add in your yoghurt and sugar. Mix until combined.
3. Add in your oat flour and cocoa powder and mix until combined. Fold in your chopped chocolate and walnuts.
4. Transfer the brownie batter into your baking tin and add the rest of your chocolate and walnuts.
5. Bake for 30 minutes. Allow to cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then release from the pan and allow brownies to cool completely.
6. cut into squares and serve.
