✅Ingredients
• 4 boneless pork chops, 1 inch thick
• 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
✅Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat an oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly grease a baking sheet.
2️⃣ 00:00:29 - Rub each pork chop with olive oil.
3️⃣ 00:00:43 - In a small bowl mix together salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder. Season all sides of the pork chop with this mix. Place seasoned pork chops onto the prepared baking sheet.
4️⃣ 00:01:59 - Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees F (which will depend on how thick the pork chops are).
5️⃣ 00:02:11 - If you like, at this point you can sear the pork chops either by placing under the broiler setting for a couple of minutes or throwing them into a hot cast iron pan with olive oil.
6️⃣ 00:02:29 - Let your meat rest for at least 5 minutes before cutting into it and serve hot.

Grilled Pork Chops with Basil Garlic Rub
We all love a good ribeye chop! For the garlic lovers out there, this recipe is for you. There's no denying the fact that garlic makes everything taste a little better... even a perfectly grilled chop! You'll begin by blending 2 garlic cloves, 1 cup basil, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. of pepper in a food processor. Next, apply the garlic and basil wet rub to both sides of your pork chops. For chops grilled to perfection, grill on medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 145°F. Get your garlic on with this quick and simple recipe! Enjoy!
