How To make China Sam's Chicken Wings
1/4 c Lite Teriyaki Marinade
1/4 c Oriental BBQ Sauce, Kikoman
1/4 c Lee Kum Kee, (oyster sauce)
1 tb Brown sugar
12 md Chicken wings, whole
1 ts Oriental Season, Amyway
1 ts Hot & Spicy Stir Fry Season
1 ts Soy, Kikoman
Separate drumette from rest of wing. Place on broiler pan skin side down. Season with Oriental Seasoning and Hot & Spicy Stir Fry Seasoning (from Calaphon). Place on middle rack of preheated oven to broil. As wings start to cook, begin making dipping sauce. Place Teriyaki, Oriental BBQ, Soy and brown sugar together, whisk. When wings start to color good, 10 minutes or so, remove from oven and turn over, season slightly, return to oven. When wings are Golden brown on this side, remove. Dip and shake of excess sauce. After all have been dipped return to broiler pan and return to oven. Let broil until a bit crusted, not more than a few minutes. Great as an appetizer or side dish with fried rice. Best Ever Crispy Baked Chicken Wings - How to Perfectly Bake Crispy Wings in the Oven
These oven baked chicken wings are so crispy, they taste just like deep fried chicken wings. This chicken wings recipe is the best way to perfectly bake crispy chicken wings in the oven. The spices i used on these wings are out of this world flavorful.
INGREDIENTS
3 lbs chicken wings
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp chilli powder
2 Tbs Brown sugar
2 Tbs baking powder
salt and pepper to your taste ( i used just about 1 and 1/2 tsp salt and a little over 1/4 tsp black pepper )
Bake in the oven at 425F for a total of 50 to 55 mins

0:00 – Intro
0:01 – 7 chicken wings (~600g)
0:33 – 2 teaspoons olive oil
0:53 – 2 teaspoons paprika
1:00 – 2 teaspoons garlic powder
1:06 – ½ teaspoon salt
1:09 – ½ teaspoon pepper
1:12 – 3 tablespoons all purpose flour
2:10 – Bake with 200°C (400°F) for 50 minutes
2:13 – 3 cloves of garlic
2:28 – 5 tablespoons tomato ketchup sauce
2:41 – 3 tablespoons honey
2:55 – 1 teaspoon sugar
3:22 – 15g butter
