This Beyond EASY and DELICIOUS pound cake is an irresistible, moist, buttery, melt in your mouth treat with the perfect note of vanilla. I live for a slice with my coffee in the morning but it’s an amazing dessert when paired with some whipped cream and berries and honestly it’s basically perfect when you’re just grabbing a slice on the go.

CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFIN | Easy & Basic Yummy Muffin Recipe
✔️Ingredients
2 large eggs [60 grams each]
3/4 cup sugar [150 grams]
1 tsp vanilla extract [5 ml]
1/2 cup fresh milk [120 ml]
1/2 cup melted butter (unsalted) [120 ml]
2 cups all purpose flour [270 grams]
2 tsp baking powder [8 grams]
1/2 tsp salt [3 grams]
1 cup chocolate chips [170 grams]
*skip salt if using salted butter.

This chocolate chip loaf cake is quick, easy and oh so delicious! All you need are your typical pantry staples and some chocolate chips, and you are set! To make this chocolate chip loaf cake recipe even yummier, I used two types of chocolate chips : semi-sweet chocolate chips and white chocolate chips.

240g All-purpose flour
2 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Milk (room temp)
1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
113g Unsalted butter (room temp)
134g Granulated sugar
3 eggs (room temp)
171g semi-sweet chocolate chips
86g white chocolate chips
Bake @ 350F for 1 hr or until toothpick comes out clean

Chocolate Banana Bread
The most delicious chocolate banana bread ( or cake ) ever. In Canada we call it banana “ bread “ simply because it’s baked in a loaf pan but it’s definitely cake to me ???? I tried to lighten the ingredients up and use healthier alternatives but feel free to make any substitutions necessary. It is so moist and another one bowl wonder. You will need:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3 ripe bananas
3/4 cup coconut sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/3 cup avocado oil ( or any )
1/4 cup nut milk ( or any )
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa/cacao
1.5 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
handful choc-chips

Please note : I used plant-based chocolate chips, as well as plant-based milk. Feel free to use any you love. Walnuts are so good in here as well but it’s up to you

Directions
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Pre-heat oven to 375F. In a big bowl mash the bananas , and add in your wet ingredients + sugar. Stir and add in the cacao , flour , and baking soda. Pour it out onto a loaf pan lined with parchment paper to ensure your bread does not stick. Shake the loaf pan a little bit to distribute your batter and bake for 40 to 45 minutes depending on your oven. A toothpick should come out clean. You can let it cool and enjoy. We like to wrap it nicely after it’s cooled and leave it on the counter as it doesn’t last us long. Enjoy, and follow me for more.

This recipe is an easy chocolate cake recipe that is very moist . This is a quick recipe even beginners can do easily.

Ingredients:
NOTE: 1 CUP = 240 ML
Cake pan size = 6 inch* 3 inch.
All purpose flour - 1cup (120 grams )
Cocoa powder - ½cup (60 grams )
Sugar - 1cup (200 grams)
Baking powder - 1tsp
Baking soda - ½tsp
Salt - 1/4tsp
Egg - 1
Oil or melted butter - ¼cup (60 ml)
Curd - ½cup
Vanilla essence - 1tsp
Warm water - ½cup (120 ml)
Method:-
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F or 180 C. Butter cake rounds.
2.Mix together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl until combined.
3.Add eggs, curd, warm water, oil, and vanilla. Mix everything until combined.
4.Fill pan with cake batter.
5. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 350 F or 180 C , until the cake meets the toothpick test (stick a toothpick in and it comes out clean).
6. Cool for 15 minutes and then turn out the cakes and allow to cool completely.
