i was disappointed by the tofu selection at the asian grocery that day but didn’t wanna pursue further since grocery shopping stressed me tf out rn! I would've liked to have soft tofu instead.
^I used this sauce recipe for the veg stirfry but didn’t add enough cornstarch so it was a lil water-y in the video. I’ve used it a couple times since tho & did it correctly & it’s so good!

Drumsticks were the same brand (Verisoy) as the faux duck & shrimp - all from the Asian grocery (RN Market) make sure it says VEGAN

I basically just copied their spices but added more sugar to be more of a sweet n spicy which I liked! these were so good! It's better to shake in a bowl with a lid but I didn't have one for that bowl!

This was amazing omg and so easy to make! I just didn't follow the directions v closely so it didn't set as well as it should've and I wish it looked yellow-er but I guess that's due to the lack of egg.
I used Silk heavy whipping cream but could've also used reg canned coconut cream & whipped that!

great recipe, I think I added too much flour though because my dough was breaking apart a bit while trying to shape :-/ hence why i only shaped a few of them and gave up lol
