How To make Fettucine Asparagus with Shiitake and Smoked Bacon
6 oz Smoked bacon or pancetta,
-cut into 1/2" dice 4 tb Olive oil
6 oz Fresh shiitake mushrooms,
-sliced 1 lb Asparagus, cut into 2" piece
12 oz Fresh fettucine
1 tb Fresh thyme, finely chopped
2 tb Fresh oregano, finely
-chopped Salt to taste Pepper to taste (Recipe is from Diane Pariseau of Triology Restaurant, St. Helena, Calif.) Saute bacon in skillet until crisp, remove to a plate. Drain off excess fat, then add olive oil to the skillet and cook the mushrooms until softened. Lightly blanch the asparagus. Cook the pasta briefly in boiling salted water. Drain the noodles and toos with the asparagus, bacon, shiitake and fresh herbs. Season with salt and pepper. Nutritional analysis per serving: 667.4 calories; 35 grams total fat; (9.9 grams saturated fat); 27.7 grams protein; 56.8 grams carbohydrates; 175.5 milligrams cholesterol; 709.7 milligrams sodium.

Healthy Creamy Pasta
This is a high protein healthy dish that's also easy to make. It's also inncredibly creamy and savory.
Ingredients:
- Five ounces dry pasta
- 1 cup vegan pasta sauce
- Two carrots
- One zucchini
- 1/2 cup hummus
- Salt to taste
Procedure:
* Peel the carrots and shred them.
* Shred the succhini as well.
* Bring three pints of water with some salt to a boil.
* Add the pasta, when it boils again, count 13 minutes.
* Drain, rinse with ice water.
* Heat up the pasta sauce in a pot.
* When it boils, add the carrots.
* Stir, lower the fire.
* Add the zucchini.
* Let it cook for five minutes, don't stop stirring.
* Add the hummus, mix well.
* Incorporate the pasta little by little.
* Move with a wooden spoon so the pasta doesn't break.
* Enjoy!

Ingredients:-
2 tbsp olive oil
4-5 cloves garlic
A packet of pasta
1 onion
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried mixed Italian herbs
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 kg chicken thigh
200 grams of mushrooms
150 ml cream
Parsley to garnish
Salt to taste
Method:-
- In a saucepan heat Olive Oil and saute garlic, onion, thyme with italian herbs, black pepper and salt.
- Add the chicken and cook for 7 minutes.
- Then add mushrooms and cook until the mushrooms release liquids.
- Pour the cream in batches as required and stir.
- Now add coriander and mix well.
Delicious and Creamy Chicken and Mushroom Pasta is ready to serve!
