How To make Grilled Chicken Sandwiches
1/2 c White wine or apple juice
1 tb Chopped fresh parsley
1 ts Instant minced onion
1/2 ts Chopped fresh or 1/8
-teaspoon dried thyme -leaves 4 Boneless, skinless chicken
-breast halves (about 1 -pound) 3 tb Mayonnaise or salad
-dressing 1 To 2 teaspoons prepared
-mustard 1 tb Chopped fresh parsley
1/2 ts Chopped fresh or l/8
-teaspoon dried thyme -leaves 8 sl Sandwich bread or 2 mini
-baguettes, split -lengthwise into halves -Lettuce 1 Tomato, cut into 8 slices
Mix wine, 1 tablespoon parsley, the onion and 1/2 teaspoon thyme; reserve. Cover and grill chicken 5 to 6 inches from medium coals 10 to 20 minutes; turn chicken. Cover and grill 10 to 20 minutes longer, turning and brushing 2 or 3 times with reserved wine mixture, until done.
Mix mayonnaise, mustard, 1 tablespoon parsley and 1/2 teaspoon thyme; spread on 4 slices bread. Top each with lettuce, 1 chicken breast half, 2 slices tomato and remaining bread. Cut diagonally in half. 4 sandwiches.

The Best Grilled Chicken Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients:
•Boneless Chicken Breast or thighs
•Chicken rub
•All Purpose rub of your choice
•Olive oil
•Sliced Bacon
•1 Large Onion
•Hamburger buns
• Unsalted Butter
•Pepperjack Cheese or your favorite brand
Directions:
1. Clean or wash your chicken, add seasonings, Olive oil. I want YOU to add your own measurements for the seasonings.
2. You can use a indoor or outdoor griddle. Preheat your griddle, cook your chicken until the juicy run clear.
3. Add onions and bacon to the griddle, and 1 tablespoon of butter to the onions...Cook until tender, remove from heat.
4. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons butter to your skillet or griddle, brown hamburger buns.
5. BUILT YOUR SAMMIE:
place Bacon over chicken, add cheese, place meat on button bun...add grilled onions.
Enjoy!!!
NOTE: I added lettuce and tomatoes to the sandwich along with a special sandwich sauce. You could definitely add whatever condiments you like to build your OWN chicken sandwich. This was definitely a good tasting chicken sandwich and you must try it.

Chicken is my go-to a lot when I’m cooking for my family or a crowd. Most people like eating chicken and it’s a meat you can use in a variety of ways. Today, I’ve decided to spice my chicken up with some vivacious spices and a killer sauce. This Spicy Cajun Chicken Sandwich recipe is so good you’ll be making it again and again.

WHAT HEATH USED IN THE RECIPE:
• Heath Riles BBQ Cajun Creole Garlic Butter
• Goldens' Cast Iron
• Victorinox Fibrox Pro 6-inch Curved Boning Knife
• Malcom's King Craw Seasoning
• Killer Hogs Hot Sauce
• Thermapen One
• Royal Oak Charcoal
• Pure and Simple Canola Oil
• Royal Oak Tumbleweed Fire Starters
INGREDIENTS:
• 3 boneless chicken breasts
• Heath Riles BBQ Cajun Creole Garlic Butter Rub
• Malcom's King Craw Cajun Seasoning
• Killer Hogs Hot Sauce
• Mayonnaise
• Tomatoes
• Lettuce
• Sliced pepeprjack cheese
• Sandwich buns
CAJUN MAYO:
• 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
• 1 teaspoon of Malcom's King Craw Cajun Seasoning
• 1 teaspoon of Heath Riles BBQ Cajun Creole Garlic Butter Rub
• 7-8 dashes of Killer Hogs Hot Sauce (Can add more or less depending on your desired heat level)
DIRECTIONS:
1. Get your Goldens' Cast Iron, or grill of choice, up to temperature of approximately 450-500º.
2. Butterfly your chicken breasts with your knife.
3. Coat your chicken breasts with Killer Hogs Hot Sauce to act as a binder for your seasonings.
4. Season your chicken breasts with Heath Riles BBQ Cajun Creole Garlic Butter and Malcom's King Craw.
5. Flip your chicken and repeat steps 3 and 4.
6. Once you've seasoned your chicken breasts, create your spicy mayo with 1/2 cup of mayo, 7-8 dashes of Killer Hogs Hot Sauce, 1 teaspoon of Heath Riles BBQ Cajun Creole Garlic Butter Rub, and 1 teaspoon of Malcom's King Craw Cajun Seasoning. Place it in the fridge until it's time to spread on your sandwich.
7. Spray your grill grates with canola oil before placing your chicken on the grill.
8. Place your chicken breasts on your grill. Rotate every 1.5 - 2 minutes. Cook for 4 minutes on each side. Total cook time of about 9 minutes.
9. Let your chicken breasts rest for 5-10 minutes.
10. Assemble your sandwich with your buns, tomatoes, lettuce, pepper jack cheese, cajun mayo, and grilled chicken breasts
11. ENJOY
