How To make Hearty Beef Vegetable Soup with Noodles
1 lb Medium Ground Beef
1 cn 14 oz, Italian Tomato Sauce
8 c Water
2 Onions, chopped
1 lb Frozen Corn, Peas, Carrots
6 oz Egg Noodles
1 1/2 tb Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tb Oregano
1 tb Mexican Chili Powder
1 tb Freshly Ground Pepper
2 t Red Cayenne Pepper
2 t Salt
Put 8 cups of water, 1 14 oz can of Italian tomato sauce, 2 medium sized onions (chopped), 1 pound of mixed frozen vegetables into a pot. Add the seasoning and olive oil, heat on high for 30 minutes. Brown the beef in a frying pan, transfer the beef to the soup mixture using a slotted spoon to leave the fat in the frying pan. Turn the heat to medium, heat for 10 minutes. Add the egg noodles, turn the heat to low and heat another 20 minutes. Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.

Quick Hamburger Beef Vegetable Noodle Soup It's DELISH & BUDGET $$$ FRIENDLY!
This is a great quick soup recipe. It will tastes like you cooked for hours! If you want a hearty, satisfying on a cold evening soup done in under an hour, then you have found it!. Great weeknight supper. Even quicker if you pre-prep the veggies.
2 Lbs hamburger meat
12 oz bags of: corn, green beans, peas & carrots. (You can also use canned) If you don't like one certain vegetable, just double one of the the ones that you do like.
2-3 medium onions diced and sautéed, I used 3 onions worth of my frozen sautéed onions (Click here to see how I make my caramelized onions: )
several cloves of garlic. I used some of my oven roasted frozen garlic cloves. I used extra as we love garlic! (Click here to see how I make my amazing oven roasted garlic: )
beef soup base (you can use beef broth, not as good) NOTE* If you have homemade beef stock on hand, by all means use it! I was out, so I went with soup base. go by directions for the soup base according to the amount of water added. This is to taste. You will want the broth on the strong side.
3-4 quarts water
S & P to taste - Do not add any extra salt until you believe the soup to be ready and you have tasted it. Sometimes you do not need any extra salt.
OPTIONAL:
petite diced tomatoes (tomatoes are great in this soup, I do usually add in some though not when I add noodles)
2-3 ribs Celery (I was out but I usually always add celery)
diced parsnips
chopped spinach
Orzo
Ditalini
Rice
Brown hamburger meat and place into a stock pot. Add in vegetables, onion and garlic. Cover with the water. Add in enough soup base for the amount of water used. Bring up to a boil. After it comes to a boil, reduce down to a simmer for 25-45 minutes. Serve with crackers or toasted garlic bread. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
2 Beef shank
5 slices of ginger
2 Ginger
3 scallions
1 bunch garlic
1 White Onion
4 Shallots
1/2 Apple
1 Tomato
2 tbsp Soy bean paste (豆瓣酱)
3 Tbsp Light Soy sauce
2 Tbsp Dark Soy sauce
100ml Rice wine
1 piece rock sugar
1 tbsp sesame oil
Bok choy
White wheat noodles
Cilantro
Spices: 1 cinnamon stick, 1 tsp fennel seeds, 1 tsp sichuan peppercorn, 1 star anise, 5 cloves

OLD SCHOOL BEEF AND VEGETABLE SOUP (IN AN INSTANT POT)
This is a easy simple quick way to make a big pot of beef and vegetable soup in an instant pot
Very simple and absolutely delicious
RECIPE:
3# beef chuck roast small diced
1 cup frozen corn
1 cup English peas or green beans
1 cup frozen carrots
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup chopped celery
1 8 oz can chopped tomatoes
1# chopped potatoes
2 cups beef stock
salt and pepper to taste
Season beef with salt and pepper
Place meat in instant pot and sear on all side until browned(on sauteed setting)
Add all other ingredients in pot with stock last
Place lid on instant pot and put on meat setting for 80 minutes
Enjoy with crackers or cornbread

Grandma gave me a wonderful soup recipe! We eat and want more! A wonderful recipe for chicken soup that everyone, even children, will love. One bowl of this soup will not be enough and you will definitely want more. This chicken soup is very good for digestion and is very good to eat after the holidays to relieve the digestive system.
Recipe:
350 g chicken
1.5 liters of water
cook until done
remove foam
chop 2 onions
frying oil
fry the onion over medium heat
cut 1 carrot
fry over medium heat
add 1 spoon of broth
take the chicken out of the broth
leave to cool
cut 2-3 potatoes
after 3 minutes add 2 tablespoons of paste
add a few black peppercorns
add 3 bay leaves
cook until potatoes are cooked
add 1 cup frozen peas
beat 1 egg
pour the egg into the soup
add salt to taste
add chicken meat
Easy chicken soup is ready!
