BARBECUE SAUCE
Ingredients
1 cup tomato ketchup
2 tablespoons butter
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
2 teaspoons red chilli paste
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Salt to taste
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon red chilli powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon mustard powder
Black pepper powder to taste
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup vinegar
Method
1. Heat butter in a non-stick pan. Add garlic, and sauté. Add tomato ketchup, red chilli paste, Worcestershire sauce, and mix.
2. Add salt, garlic powder, red chilli powder, onion powder, mustard powder, black pepper and mix. Add brown sugar, ¼ cup water and mix. Add vinegar and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
3. Remove from heat and transfer to a serving dish.
4. Take chicken breast in a baking tray. Baste with the prepared barbeque sauce and put in the baking tray for 10 minutes.
5. Serve.

INGREDIENTS:-
Chicken Legs (Clean Washed),
2 tbsp Curd / Yogurt,
1 tbsp Paprika,
1 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder,
1 tsp Garlic Powder,
1 tsp Ginger powder,
1/2 tsp Black Salt,
1 tsp Rosemary,
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder,
1tbsp Mustard oil,
1 tbsp Spicy Toamato Sauce,
2 tbsp Barbecue Sauce,
1/2 lemon juice,
1 tsp Chilly Vinegar,
Add Food Color (as required) optional,
Salt as Taste,
Soak 2 to 3 Hrs
Bake on (200 Degree 20 min +15 mins)
For Garnishing,
Onion Slices,
Lemon,,,
Serve to Mayonnaise, Mint Chutney,
