3/4 c Margarine softened 3/4 c Peanut butter 3/4 c Granulated sugar 1/2 c Light brown sugar 2 lg Eggs 1 ts Vanilla extract 1 2/3 c All purpose flour 3/4 c Quick-cooking oats 1 1/2 ts Baking soda 1/2 ts Salt 12 oz M&m's semi-sweet choc. candy Preheat oven to 350 F. In large mixing bowl, cream margarine, peanut butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla and beat until light and fluffy. Combine flour, oats, baking soda and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in M&M Semi-sweet chocolate candies until evenly blended. Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 8 - 12 minutes until lightly browned. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheets; remove to wire cooling racks. Store in tightly covered container. Makes about 3 dozen 2 1/2 inch cookies. Mars Incorporated 1993, -----

1/2 cup butter 1/3 cup white sugar 1/3 cup brown sugar 1/3 cup peanut butter 1 egg 1 tsp baking soda 1.5 cups flour 1 tsp vanilla
Peanut butter M&M’s Semisweet chocolate chunks
Cream together butter and sugars. Beat in the egg. Add in the peanut butter, mix together. Add in the flour and baking soda. Mix together and add vanilla. Fold in candy and chunks. We made large cookies so we baked at 350 for 15 minutes (smaller cookies will bake faster) Enjoy with a big glass of milk!
In this video, I'll be showing you how to make M&M Peanut Butter Cookies. These soft peanut butter cookies are filled with chocolate M&M's which gives it a delicious crunch after each bite!
Makes 20-24 servings
INGREDIENTS 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup peanut butter, no sugar added 1 large egg 1 tsp. vanilla extract 3/4 cup M&Ms
INSTRUCTIONS Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. In a large bowl, beat the butter until pale and fluffy on medium speed. Beat in the white and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in the peanut butter and egg, then the vanilla. Beat in the dry ingredients, reserve 1/4 cup of the M&Ms then fold in the remaining 1/2 cup. With a medium cookie scooper, place the dough onto the lined cookie sheets. Top each cookie dough with the reserved M&Ms. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until they flatten slightly and are light brown. Cool on the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
