Hello everyone! Welcome to my channel! In this video i will be showing you how to cook the famous Nigerian fried rice. This recipe is so delicious if prepared the right way it will blow your mind. If i have to grade it, i will give it a 10 out of 10.

All you need to make this recipe are

Mixed vegetables if your choice. I used
Carrot
Green beans
Corn
Bell peppers
Peas
Scallions/green onions
1 medium white onion
1 red onion
olive oil
4 tablespoon of butter
boneless chicken thighs
whole chicken thighs
beef kidney/ optional
or You can use chicken gizzard or beef liver
uncle Ben's long grain rice

Seasonings to pre-cooked the whole chicken thighs
black pepper
salt
ginger powder/or fresh ginger
garlic powder/fresh garlic
onions powder/or fresh onion
dry thyme
dry rosemary
curry power
bouillon seasoning
habanero pepper/optional
