Coat Rack of Lamb (both sides). Broil 5 minutes on each side. Turn oven to 400 degrees and bake for 10 minutes for rare or 15 minutes for medium. Remove from the oven and let the meat rest for 5 minutes before carving.

You will need: 1 onion 1 apple; 1/2 loaf of bread; 1 pound of ground pork 1 LARGE rack of ribs 1 tbsp of mutmag; cinnamon; allspice; pepper; pinch of salt

Trim the meat between the bones and use some twin to remove the excess meet off of the bones.
Tie the ribs into a circle with some twine. Put the stuffing inside to roast and on the outside. It is a good idea to put in a 13 by 9 inch pan
I like to smoke the roast at 250F until the ribs till tender and the stuffing to 170F
