How To make Raisin Oatmeal Cookies
1 c Butter or margarine;
-softened 1 1/2 c Sugar
1 Egg
1/4 c Water
1 ts Vanilla extract
1 1/2 c All-purpose flour
1/2 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
1/2 ts Ground nutmeg
3 c Quick-cooking oats; uncooked
1 c Pecans (optional); chopped
1 c Raisins
Recipe by: Southern Living
Cream butter; gradually add sugar, beating at medium speed of an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add egg, and beat well; add water and vanilla, mixing well. Combine flour, soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg; add to creamed mixture, mixing well. Stir in oats, pecans, if desired, and raisins. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool slightly on cookie sheets; dozen. -----

Maple Oatmeal Raisin Cookies A Sugar Free and Gluten Free Cookie Recipe! | Healthy Cookie Recipes
We love recipes that are delicious and healthy at the same time, and these oatmeal raisin cookies with maple syrup sweetener are just the thing for a tasty, hearty dessert. This recipe can easily be altered to make it a delicious gluten free and refined sugar free option.

Here's the recipe:
1 1/2 cups melted butter
1 1/2 cups pure maple syrup
4 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 cups all purpose flour (or GF all purpose flour)
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons baking soda
6 cups rolled oats (or GF oats)
2 cups raisins
Combine all ingredients in bowl. Drop dough balls onto baking sheet.
Bake at 350°f for 10-12 minutes. Makes around 4 1/2 dozen cookies. Enjoy!

Best Oatmeal Raisin cookies recipe
Best ever!
Ingredients:
Soak 1 cup (155g) raisins in a bowl with 3 beaten eggs, 1 t Vanilla and 1 t Cinnamon for one hour.
In a separate bowl, cream 1 cup (240g) butter with 1 cup (220g) brown sugar and 1 cup (200g) white sugar.
Add 1 t salt and 2 t baking soda.
Stir in 2 1/2 cups ( 350g) flour.
Add the raisin mixture. Mix again.
Add 2 cups (200g) regular rolled oats or quick oats. If you use old fashioned oats, then “pulse” in a food processor/ blender 5-7 times for best results. Pulsing the oats will make them “finer”, therefore they will cook faster like quick oats.
Optional 3/4 cup (68g) walnuts or pecans.
Bake 350*F or 180*C
10-12 minutes
