Ingredients:-
1 tbsp. Ghee
1 tsp. Cumin seeds
Cinnamon Sticks
2-3 Cloves
Peppercorns
1 Bayleaf
Onion, sliced
Garlic and ginger, crushed
Ginger, julienned
Green chillies, crushed
1 cup Tomato puree
1 tbsp. Yoghurt
1 tsp. Rajma Masala
1 tsp. Coriander powder
¼ tsp. Turmeric powder
1 tsp. Red chilli powder
Coriander leaves
1 bowl Red beans (soaked for 6-7 hours and the pressure cooked)
Stock of Rajma
1 potato diced
¾ cup Rice (soaked for half an hour)
Salt to taste
Method:-
1. Heat ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds, cinnamon sticks, cloves, peppercorns, bay leaf, onion, garlic, ginger, green chillies, crushed ginger-garlic, ginger juliennes, green chillies and tomato puree. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
2. Add yoghurt, Rajma masala, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and coriander leaves.
3. Now add the Rajma, potato, Stock of Rajma and stir well.
4. Then add rice, salt, water and cover with a lid and let it cook for 10 minutes.
Rajma Pulao is ready to eat!HAPPY COOKING!!!

Goan peas pulao is a delicious and fragrant rice dish that hails from the coastal Indian state of Goa. This dish is typically made with basmati rice, green peas, and a blend of aromatic spices and herbs.
To prepare Goan peas pulao, the rice is first rinsed and soaked in water for a few minutes. Then, a mixture of sliced onions, ginger, garlic, and green chilies is sautéed in a pot with some oil or ghee until the onions are translucent. Next, a selection of whole spices like cloves, cinnamon, and cardamom pods are added to the pot and cooked for a few minutes to release their flavors.
Once the spices are fragrant, the green peas are added to the pot and sautéed for a few minutes until they are lightly browned. The soaked rice is then added to the pot along with some water, salt, and a handful of fresh coriander leaves. The mixture is brought to a boil, then covered and simmered until the rice is fully cooked and fluffy.
The resulting dish is a fragrant and flavorful rice pilaf with tender green peas studded throughout. It can be enjoyed on its own as a vegetarian main dish or paired with a variety of Indian curries and side dishes. This Recipe Serves - 4 People.
Ingredients & Quantity
Long-grained rice (Basmati) - 500 gms (2 Cups)
Onions (Peeled & Chopped) - 4 Nos
Tomatoes (Deseeded & Chopped) - 2 Nos
Green Peas - 1/4 Kg
Ginger - Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Vegetable stock cubes - 3 Nos
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Vegetable oil or Clarified Butter (Ghee) - 4 Tbsp
Cinnamon stick - 1 inch
Cloves - 10 Nos
Black peppercorns - 8 Nos
Cardamon - 5 Nos
Bay leaves - 2 Nos
Hot water - 4 Cups
Method,
1) Chop the onions, tomatoes and peel the green peas and keep aside.
2) Soak the basmati rice in water for 15 mins.
3) Heat oil in vessel, once the oil is hot enough add all the whole spices and fry for 30 secs.
4) Add the chopped onions and sauté till light golden in color.
5) Add the Ginger - Garlic Paste and fry for 30 secs.
6) Add the chopped tomatoes and fry till mushy, then add the green peas and give a quick mix.
7) Add the washed and drained rice and fry for a minute.
8) Now add the hot water and double the quantity of rice, along with turmeric powder & Vegetable stock cubes, and mix well. Check for taste and accordingly add salt.
8) Cover the lid and cook for 10 - 15 minutes on medium heat till all the water evaporates.
9) Open the lid and mix the rice carefully without breaking the grains.
10) Serve with Chicken Vindaloo and salad, happy Cooking!

Ingredients:-
¼ tsp. Saffron soaked in 1 tbsp. Milk
1½ tbsp. Ghee
8-10 Almonds
1 tbsp. Cashewnut
1 tbsp. Raisins
1 potato, boiled and diced
1 tsp. Cumin Seeds
6-7 peppercorns
2-3 pieces of Cinnamon
2 Bay leaves
2 Cloves
1 onion, shredded
½ tsp. Ginger paste
1 cup steamed carrots, French beans and green peas
½ cup boiled rice
Salt to taste
½ Apple, diced
Juice of ½ a lemon
1 tsp. Sugar
Caramelized Onions
Method:-
1. Heat ghee in a pan and fry the almonds, cashew nuts and raisins and potatoes in it.
2. In the same ghee add cumin seeds, peppercorns, cinnamon, cloves and bay leaves and roast slightly.
3. Add the onion, ginger paste, steamed vegetables, rice, potatoes, salt and mix well.
4. Now add the apple and squeeze lemon juice followed by sugar and mix well.
5. Top it off with caramelised onions, saffron and milk mixture and the fried dry fruits.
6. Let it simmer on low flame for 5 minutes.
