How To make Toffee Fudge Brownies
6 Heath bars; 6 3/8 oz; broken
1 c Walnuts; chopped
1 1/4 c Sugar
5 oz Unsweetened chocolate; chop
1/2 c Butter; soft
4 Eggs
1 tb Vanilla
1/4 ts Salt
2/3 c Flour
Position rack in center of oven and preheat to 325~F. Grease and flour 9 inch square baking pan. STEEL KNIFE: Combine toffee and walnuts in work bowl and chop coarsely using 6 to 8 on/off turns. Remove from work bowl and set aside. Combine sugar and chocolate in work bowl and mix using 6 on/off turns, then process until chocolate is as fine as sugar, about 1 minute. Add butter and blend 1 minute. Add eggs, vanilla and salt and blend until fluffy, about 40 seconds, stopping as necessary to scrape down sides of work bowl. Add flour and toffee mixture and blend using 4 to 5 on/off turns, just until flour is incorporated; do not overprocess (remove Steel Knife and blend mixture gently with spatula if necessary to mix in flour completely). Turn batter into prepared pan, spreading evenly. Bake until tester inserted in center comes out almost clean, about 50 minutes (for firmer, cakelike brownies, bake about 5 minutes longer). Let cool in pan on rack. Cut into 1 3/4-inch squares. Store in airtight container. These are dark, moist and crunchy with bits of toffee candy.

The Best Salted Caramel Brownies Recipe | Fudge Brownie Recipe By Can You Cook
The best salted caramel brownies recipe with home made salted caramel sauce. Try these easy fudge brownies recipe now!
Ingredients:
Unsalted Butter 1/2 Cup
Granulated Sugar (Cheeni) 1/2 Cup
Egg (Anda) 1
Salt (Namak) 1/2 Tsp
Vanilla Extract 1 Tsp
Cocoa Powder 1/2 Cup
Plain Flour (Maida) 2/3 Cup
Salted Caramel Sauce 1/2 Cup - Home-made or Store-bought
Directions:
1) In a bowl, whisk together the butter and sugar until light & fluffy. Then add the egg, salt and vanilla extract and beat until smooth.
2) Sift in the cocoa powder and plain flour and fold through gently. Do not over mix.
3) Line an 8x8 baking tin with parchment paper & pour in half of the brownie batter. Top it up with 1/3 cup of the salted caramel sauce and cover with the remaining brownie batter.
4)Pour the remaining salted caramel sauce on top & use a skewer to make a design (optional)
5) Bake for 25-30 mins in a pre-heated oven at 160’C [FAN] or 180’C.
6) Remove from the oven and cool in the pan for ten minutes. Cut into rectangles. Drizzle with remaining caramel over the brownies & enjoy!

I finally mastered FUDGY BROWNIES! I won't use another brownie recipe again

If you're looking for an indulgent, fudgy brownie that is extremely flavorful and not cloyingly sweet, this recipe is it! Literally one of the best brownies I've ever had! With that beautiful shiny crinkled top (which took me a while to figure out ????), and gooey, rich interior, this will be your new favourite brownie recipe!
INGREDIENTS:
- ¾ cup (105 g) dark chocolate - I use 50% dark chocolate, semi-sweet chocolate chips okay too
- ¾ cup (90 g) flour - regular, all purpose
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup (113 g) unsalted butter - room temperature or melted
- ¼ cup (53 g) unflavored vegetable oil - I use canola
- 1 cup (200 g) white sugar - granulated
- ½ cup (100 g) soft brown sugar - packed, see note 1 on blog
- ⅔ cup (75 g) cocoa powder - unsweetened
- 1 tsp coffee powder
- 1 tsp vanilla essence/extract
- 2 large eggs - room temperature
NOTE: In the video I mention 1/2 a cup or 100g of butter, but it should be 113g of butter as stated in the ingredients list above :)
Bake at 160 °C (320°F) with the fan on for 22-25 minutes depending on how fudgy you want your brownies to be (I recommend 22 minutes). If your oven doesn't have a fan option, then you will need to increase the baking temperature to 175°C (347°F). Once done, poke a toothpick into the center and it should come out dirty.
