How To make Two Bean Chili
1 lb Lean ground beef
1/2 c Chopped onion
28 oz Canned whole tomatoes
- undrained, cut into pieces 15 1/2 oz Mexican Style Chili Beans
(Van Camp's), undrained 15 oz Van Camp's Red Kidney Beans
:
(New Orleans Style) undrained 15 oz Tomato sauce
2 ts Chili powder
1/4 ts Garlic powder
1/8 ts Ground red pepper
Shredded cheddar cheese :
(optional) In 4-qt. saucepan or Dutch oven, brown ground beef with onion; drain. Add remaining ingredients except cheese. Simmer 20 to 25 minutes or until flavors are blended. Top with cheese, if desired. TEN 1 CUP SERVINGS MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: In 3-qt. microwaveable bowl, combine ground beef and onion. Microwave at HIGH 4 to 6 minutes or until meat is no longer pink, stirring once; drain. Add remaining ingredients except cheese. Microwave at HIGH 25 to 30 minutes or until flavors are blended, stirring after 15 minutes. Top with cheese, if desired. Instantpot Hearty Two Bean Chili - VEGAN - Easy - WFPB
I tell you, the more I use the instantpot the more I am enjoying eating ???? It’s so easy to use and it’s so quick! This chili tastes like I’ve been slaving away all day simmering and stirring. Needless to say it was all done in less than an hour!
Few stalks of celery
1 green pepper
1 yellow onion
1 carrot
5-7 cloves of garlic
Big handful of mushrooms
1/2c corn
28oz can diced tomatoes
28oz can of crushed tomatoes
2c vegetable broth
1 1/2 c kidney beans
1 1/2c white navy beans
3 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne
1/2 tbsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp cumin

Throw it all in the instantpot and push the meat/stew button, that’s it.

Hey everybody, welcome to another episode of My Hungry Family. Today we are making Two Bean Chili. Subscribe and ring the bell for notifications.
Cook the ground beef in a large skillet until well browned. Pour out any fat. Cook the bell pepper, onion, chili powder, and black pepper in a large pot, stirring often. Add in the browned ground beef and stir. Stir in the tomato juice and beans and cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling.
Serve while hot. Top with choice of sour cream, chives, cheese, and fresh tomato.
