-Bland Farms Promo Juice of 1 lemon 1 ts Salt
3 ts Worcestershire sauce
6 tb Sugar
2 sm Bottles Catsup
1/4 lb Butter
1 c Cider vinegar
1/4 c Vinegar
4 tb Prepared mustard
1 lg Vidalia Onion, chopped
-fine 1 ts Black pepper
Mix all ingredients and simmer for l0-15 minutes. Complements any of your favorite barbecue meats. MM by Cathy Svitek

RECIPE: COFFEE BBQ SAUCE
1 Tbsp. olive oil (15 ml)
1 Vidalia or Spanish onion, finely diced
½ cup ketchup (125 ml)
1/4 cup brown sugar (50 ml)
1/4 cup cider vinegar (50 ml)
1 chipotle chile , rehydrated – or to taste – remove seeds and ribs for less heat
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 tbsp. molasses (25 ml)
2 tsp. prepared mustard (10 ml)
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce (25 ml)
Salt to taste
1/2 cup brewed espresso (125 ml)- 4 shots
Method:
In a saucepan, heat oil and sweat onions until translucent , about 4-5 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients, except espresso and bring to a boil and reduce to low heat. Simmer covered for 30-40 minutes , until bubbly and thickened and flavour has developed. Adjust with water if necessary.
Transfer to blender and pulse until completely smooth. Add the espresso , pulse and adjust seasoning. Transfer to clean mason jar and cool down. Transfer to fridge and store until ready to use.
