INGREDIENTS:

Watermelon Ginger and Lime juice:
* 1 whole watermelon
* juice of 3 limes
* 1/2 thumb size ginger peeled
* 250 ml water (optional)
*** watermelon is sweeter when very ripened, and may not require additional sweetening, however, the recipe allows for additional sweetener to your preference ***
Cucumber pineapple Ginger-lime Juice 05:23 - 10:50
* 4 Cucumbers - Strong antioxidant and lowers blood glucose levels
* 1 Pineapple - boosts our immune system due to being rich with disease-fighting antioxidants, and suppresses inflammation
* 4 Limes - literally vitamin C in a juicy zesty shell ????
* 1/6 cup drinking water If blending ingredients. No water is needed If using a juicer
* 1/2 cup chopped Ginger - anti-inflammatory and cholesterol-lowering properties and will offer a lovely floral and earthy flavor to make this drink even more enjoyable
Pineapple, Lime, and Ginger juice
* 2 very ripened pineapples
* juice of 8 limes
* 3 limes cut into rings
* thumb size ginger
Carrot, Orange, Lemon, Apple, Ginger juice
* 8 carrots
* 2 apples (any kind)
* juice of 2 oranges
* juice of 1 lemon
* 1 thumb size ginger
* 300 ml of drinking water
Turmeric, Ginger, Pepper, Lime, and Honey drink
* 10 g fresh / 1 tsp powdered Turmeric
* 20 g fresh ginger root
* 1/2 tsp Black pepper
* Juice of 7 Limes or lemons
* Optional sweetener to taste ( honey, sugar, agave, splendor, etc)
Beetroot Pineapple, Ginger, and Lemon juice
* 1 pineapple peeled (must be very ripened)
* 1/2 adult thumb size ginger peeled
* juice of 3 lemons or lime
* 4 small beets peeled
* 500 ml of drinking water
Fresh Pineapple, Mango, Lemon, Ginger, and Orange drink
* fruit of 1 very ripened pineapple
* fruit of 3 very ripened mangoes
* juice of 6 very ripened oranges
* juice of 3 lemons
* 1 thumb size ginger peeled
* 750 ml drinking water (give or take, depending on preferred dilution of natural sweetness, and/or, if additional sweeter will be added)
Grapefruit, Ginger, Pineapple, and Rosemary Juice
* 3 grapefruits peeled and diced
* 1 pineapple peeled and diced
* 1 thumb size ginger peeled
* 1 sprig of fresh rosemary
* 1/4 cup organic honey mixed into 1 cup hot water (optional)
* 2 cups of drinking water
