SESAME CHICKEN WINGS | Simple and Easy Sesame Chicken Wings | Better than Take Out
Sharing another easy way to cook Sesame Chicken Wings. Be ready for this finger lickin' good sesame chicken wings. Best served with ranch or blue cheese. It is so simple and easy to make and so good you will definitely ask for more. Easy recipe to satisfy your cravings! Happy Pinoy Simple Cooking!
Here is how to cook SESAME CHICKEN WINGS :
SESAME CHICKEN WINGS RECIPE :
Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken wings, scored to cook through
For marinade:
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp pepper
For the sauce:
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp water
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tsp toasted sesame seed
Directions:
1. Combine chicken, vinegar, soy sauce and pepper in a bowl. Marinate in the fridge for 30 mins. or overnight.
2. Remove the chicken from the marinade.
3. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, water, brown sugar, sesame oil and cornstarch. Stir until well combined and sugar dissolves. Set aside.
4. In a large pan, heat oil over medium heat. Sear the chicken both sides until browned and cooked through. Cook by batch do not overcrowd. Press chicken to cook through to make sure no red/pink juices. Remove the chicken from the pan. Cook the other batch.
5. Once cooked. add back the first batch of cooked chicken.
6. Add the mixture, stir until all chicken are well coated with sauce.
7. Let it simmer until sauce thickens.
8. Add sesame seed , stir until all chicken are covered with sesame seed and sauce.
9. Sprinkle with sesame seed before serving.
10. Serve and Enjoy!
