1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 egg
beaten
1/3 cup butter :
melted
1 cup milk

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Sift the first 5 ingredients together. Stir in the egg, butter and milk, until just blended. Fold in the peanut butter chips. Fill paper-lined muffin tins, full, and bake approximately 20 minutes.

Reese Peanut Butter Cups are my favorite candy and this healthy recipe will allow you to indulge without the guilt. This healthy peanut butter cup recipe only has 4 simple ingredients. This homemade Reese Cup recipe makes a healthy snack or healthy dessert recipe that you will love. They get messy as they thaw, so I prefer to eat them as a cold freezer treat. Like a healthy ice cream treat.

Homemade Peanut Butter Cups Recipe:
- 1 cup peanut butter (natural shelf peanut butter)
- 4 TBSP honey (raw honey is best)
- 4.5 ounces dark chocolate bars which is 1/2 cup (or semi sweet morsels or milk chocolate)
- 1 tsp. coconut oil
1. Mix peanut butter and honey until smooth.
2. Put peanut butter mixture in the freezer while making chocolate mixture. (10-15 minutes)
3. Mix chocolate and coconut oil. (if using bars, break into small pieces)
4. Melt chocolate mixture in the microwave in 1 minute intervals until completely melted.
5. Remove Peanut butter mixture from freezer and form into patties.
6. Add small spoonful of chocolate to the bottom of silicone muffin pan
7. Place peanut butter patty on top of chocolate and top with more chocolate until complete covered.
8. Place in freezer for 30 minutes or until solid.
9. Pop out of silicone molds and put in freezer bag to store in the freezer or refrigerator.
10. ENJOY!

How to Make Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Muffins
A simple recipe for moist, soft peanut butter muffins (loaded with chocolate chips!).
RECIPE:
Ingredients
1 1/4 cups creamy peanut butter 250g
1/2 cup granulated sugar 100g
1/2 cup light brown sugar firmly packed (100g)
1/2 cup vegetable or canola oil 118ml
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup buttermilk 236ml¹
2 cups all-purpose flour 250g
1 Tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups semisweet or milk chocolate chips 340g, I used semisweet because that’s what I had on hand, but milk chocolate goes best with peanut butter!
Additional granulated sugar for sprinkling on top optional

Instructions
00:00 Introduction
00:18 Preheat oven to 375F (190C) and line muffin tin with paper liners (out of paper liners? See my tutorial on how to make the muffin liners seen in the photos above).
00:23 Combine peanut butter sugar, oil, and peanut butter and stir well to combine. Beat in eggs, then stir in milk and vanilla extract.
01:54 In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
02:12 Gently combine wet and dry ingredients with spatula.
02:40 Stir in chocolate chips when dry ingredients are halfway combined (don't over-mix the batter or muffins will be dense and dry).
03:09 Divide batter into muffin liners, filling each cavity ¾ the way full (keep in mind this recipe makes 18 muffins, so you will need two tins. If you only have one, bake the first batch and cover the remaining batter until the first batch has baked and mostly cooled).
04:03 Bake on 375F (190C) for 20-22 mins or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean (avoid chocolate chips) or with moist crumbs. Do not over-bake or they will be dry.
Notes
¹You may substitute whole milk for the buttermilk in this recipe without making any other changes. I prefer the buttermilk because it makes the muffins slightly more moist and more flavorful.
Store muffins in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days

4-ingredient Chocolate Peanut Butter Bites???? This recipe is part of my healthy desserts series! These bites are so easy to make and taste super delicious!

Ingredients:
1 cup lactose-free Greek yogurt (240 ml)
3 tablespoons unsweetened peanut butter
1 tablespoon maple syrup (or honey if you don’t have IBS)

Topping:
100 g / 3.5 oz. 80% dark chocolate
optional: 1 teaspoon coconut oil

1. Mix the yogurt, peanut butter and maple syrup together
2. Spoon dollops onto a plate lined with parchment paper
3. Freeze for 1 1/2 - 2 hours
4. (Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil in the microwave). Dip the bites in the chocolate. (Let the chocolate cool down a little before dipping). Make sure that the bites are fully covered in the chocolate!
5. Store in the freezer. Let defrost for about 15 minutes before eating
