RECIPE
Pineapple Banana bread
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 eggs
1 cup canola oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1- 8 ounce can crushed pineapple drained reserve 2 tablespoons for icing
4 small bananas mashed
1 cup pecans
Oven 350°F 45 minutes
Icing
1 cup powder sugar
2 tablespoons crushed pineapple with juice

Hawaiian Pineapple Banana Bread
HAWAIIAN PINEAPPLE BANANA BREAD
Ingredients:
• ½ cup salted butter (melted)
• ½ cup granulated sugar
• ½ cup brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 4 medium bananas going brown preferably as they are sweeter
• ½ tsp vanilla
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
• 1 cup chopped pineapples or pineapple tidbits drained
Directions:
1. Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Then, peel the bananas and put them into your mixing bowl.
2. Using the whisk attachment, run this for about a minute until the bananas are niced and mashed up.
3. Then, place the butter in a microwave safe bowl and heat for about 10-20 seconds until melted. Add this to your mashed bananas in your mixing bowl.
4. Next, add both the brown sugar, the granulated sugar, and the eggs and mix until smooth for about a minute. Add your vanilla and baking soda next and mix until fully incorporated.
5. Finally, you will add the flour ½ cup at a time, making sure to mix well between each addition. The last step is to add the drained pineapples to the batter and stir until they are evenly distributed.
6. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan or ceramic non-stick loaf pan and cook for 55-60 minutes. Rotate half-way through the cooking time.

PINEAPPLE AND COCONUT LOAF CAKE | AUSSIE GIRL CAN COOK
the most moist stunning pineapple and coconut cake. really easy to make. recipe written below.
pre heat oven 160 degrees c
loaf tin greased with baking paper
large bowl
1 and 1/2 cups plain flour sifted
1 tea sp baking powder
1/2 tea sp bi carb soda or baking soda
1 and 1/4 cups coconut flakes
mix together
sm bowl
125g butter at room temp
1 cup brown sugar
1 tea sp vanilla extract beat with elec beater til pale and creamy then add
2 eggs adding 1 at a time
then pour into flour mixture and add
1/4 cup golden syrup mix well then add
425g can crushed pineapple drained fold in together then into tin
bake 60 to 65 minutes til scewer comes out clean
