How To make Auntie Betty's Double Chocolate Cheesecake
CRUST 1/2 cup chocolate cream wafers (1/2 pkg)
crumbled
1/4 cup butter (NO MARGARINE) :
melted
1/2 cup macadamia nuts
FILLING 3 8 oz pkgs cream cheese
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
8 1 oz squares semisweet chocolate OR
12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
TOPPING 2 cups sour cream
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
FINAL TOUCH 1 1.5 oz Hershey Bar -- frozen
CRUST
Roll out chocolate cream wafers on wax paper. Mix crumbled
wafers, butter and nuts in the bottom of a 10" spring form pan. Using
a piece of wax paper, press mixture evenly in the bottom of the pan.
Place pan in refrigerator or freezer while preparing the filling.
FILLING
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl beat cream cheese
until fluffy. Gradually add sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time until
well blended. Stir in chocolate and vanilla. Mix well. Pour on top of
prepared crust and bake 50 minutes. Remove from oven. Turn oven
off and close door.
TOPPING
Combine sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Spread over cheesecake.
Return to oven, but do not reheat oven. Leave in warm oven for 10
minutes with the door closed. Open door and leave cake in oven for
an additional 20 minutes. Remove cake from oven. Allow cake to
cool on wire rack.
FINAL TOUCH
Freeze Hershey bar. When cake is cooled, shave frozen
chocolate on top of cake. Refrigerate overnight.

Triple Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge
This fudge is made with triple the chocolate, plus peanut butter! It is rich, easy to make, and perfect for the holidays!

TWIX® Triple Chocolate Fudge Bars
These decadent fudge bars are a fun treat at any party.
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes
Total Time: 50 minutes
Makes: 16
Ingredients:
3 bars (46 g each) TWIX® Triple Chocolate
2/3 cup unsalted butter, divided
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 1/4 cups quick rolled oats
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350˚F. Line 9- x 5-inch loaf pan with enough parchment paper to overhang edges. Separate cookie, caramel and chocolate layers of TWIX® Triple Chocolate bars; set aside.
2. In large bowl, beat together 1/2 cup butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy; beat in egg. Crumble cookie layer; stir together with oats, flour, baking soda and salt. Stir into butter mixture.
3. Press three-quarters of the oat mixture into prepared pan; set aside.
4. In small saucepan set over medium-low heat, melt together sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, remaining butter, TWIX® chocolate and caramel layers for 2 or 3 minutes or until melted and smooth. Stir in vanilla. Pour over pressed oat mixture in pan. Drop remaining oat mixture over top.
5. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until top is golden brown (chocolate layer will be moist). Let cool completely on rack; remove from pan. Cut into 16 bars.
Tip: Chop an additional TWIX® Triple Chocolate bar and sprinkle over the top when the pan comes out of the oven. Let cool completely.

Similar to French cookies called sablés, these have a slightly sandy texture and rich flavour.
Ingredients
½ cup (125 mL) unsalted butter, softened
⅔ cup (150 mL) granulated sugar
1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla
1 cup (250 mL) all-purpose flour
⅓ cup (75 mL) cocoa powder
½ tsp (2 mL) baking powder
¼ tsp (1 mL) kosher salt
3 oz (85 g) bittersweet chocolate, cut in small chunks
Method:
In bowl, cream butter with sugar; beat in vanilla.
Whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt; then stir in butter mixture in 2 additions.
Stir in chocolate to make crumbly dough.
On plastic wrap, form dough into 1½ (4 cm) diameter log; wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 1-2 hours.
Slice log into ½ (1 cm) thick rounds. Place, 1 (2.5 cm) apart on a baking sheet.
Bake, 1 sheet at a time, in 325ºF (160ºC) oven until edges are dry but centre is still a bit moist, about 12 minutes.
Let cool on pan on rack for 5 minutes.
Transfer to rack & let cool completely. (Store in airtight container for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 1 month.)
