1 1/2 pk GRAHAM CRACKERS, crushed
1/2 c SUGAR

-wrappers and warmed In microwave for 2 minutes -on high. 5 JUMBO EGGS, removed from
-shell and warmed in Microwave 25 seconds 1 c SUGAR
3 ts LEMON JUICE
1 c SOUR CREAM
1 1/2 c BANANA, mashed
1/4 c CORNSTARCH
1/2 c HEAVY CREAM
Beat the cheese until light. -Add sugar and beat again. -Add Eggs one at a time, beating -after each. Stir in cream, -sour Cream, vanilla and -cornstarch and blend well. -Stir in Banana. Preheat oven to 350 with pan -of water on bottom of oven. Bake cake for 1 hour or so -until edges firm and cake -still ** CRUST

Crust:
• 8oz crushed Graham Crackers
• 5tbsp butter
Cheesecake Ingredients:
• 32oz softened cream cheese (at room temperature
• 3 ripe bananas
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1 tbsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
Topping:
• 7oz semi-sweet chocolate
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• Whipped cream topping
• Strawberries
• Maraschino Cherries
Preparation
• In a large bowl mix all of your cheesecake ingredients until creamy and well combined (about 5 minutes at medium speed)
• Prepare your crust by mixing crushed graham crackers and butter, then spread it on the bottom of a 9inch springform cake pan
• Pour in your cheesecake mix and refrigerate for 6 hours
• Melt your chocolate and heavy cream, then pour it on top of your cheesecake (you can also pour this on top of your crust followed by the cheesecake mix (thought about this after I had put it together, but it will make the slicing easier later!))
• Top with thinly sliced strawberries, add whipped cream, cherries and enjoy!

Banana Split No Bake Cheesecake
Nothing will ever replace my creamy cheesecakes from the oven....but this one sure comes close. It's the next best thing to an ice cream filled banana split.
2 packages cream cheese
Whipped topping
Banana extract
Bananas
Strawberries
Crushed pineapple (drained)
Cherries
Chocolate drizzle
Graham crackers
Butter
Sugar
No Bake Banana Split Dessert
Delicious, rich and creamy, with all the ingredients you love in a banana split, this no-bake Banana Split dessert will be one you make again and again.
RECIPE :
Ingredients
1 stick butter, melted
1 box graham cracker crumbs
1 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cups butter, softened
3 cups powdered sugar
4 bananas, sliced
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (16 ounce) container Cool-Whip, thawed or 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 (4 ounce) jar maraschino cherries, stemmed
1 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped
hot fudge sauce, slightly warmed
1 tablespoon rainbow sprinkles
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
Firmly press into a crust in the bottom of 9x13 glass or porcelain dish, let it chill in the freezer for about 10 minutes to firm up.
In a medium bowl, cream together the cream cheese, 1/4 cups butter, and the powdered sugar until creamy, about 5 minutes.
Don’t be tempted to add milk, it will take a few minutes, but the mixture will blend up perfectly!
Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled graham cracker crust.
Add a layer of sliced bananas over the cream cheese mixture.
Spread pineapple chunks evenly over the bananas.
Evenly spread the Cool-Whip over the pineapple-banana layer using a rubber spatula.
Garnish with the pecans/walnuts and maraschino cherries.
Drizzle the chocolate fudge over the dessert and then sprinkle the rainbow sprinkles over the surface.
Chill for at least 4 hours before cutting to allow the layers to set.
