In this video, we're going to talk about honey. Is honey a good sugar substitute?
Honey versus sugar:
• Regular table sugar is composed of 50% glucose and 50% fructose.
• Honey is 60% fructose and 40% glucose.
Fructose on the glycemic index is 19 which is low, but the glucose in honey goes directly into the liver. Fructose needs to metabolize in the liver and it can cause insulin resistance, liver damage, and fatty liver. Honey is not a good sugar substitute.

Meat Pie Filling:
5g/ 1 tsp Olive or Avocado Oil or Butter
30g/ 1/3 cup Diced Onion (optional)
500g/ 3 cups Ground Beef
3g/ 1 tsp Garlic Powder
3g/ 1 tbsp Dried Oregano
50g/ 1/3 cup Water
½ cup of Heavy Cream/ Red Cooking Sauce or Broth
Season with Salt to taste
6g/ 3 tsp CK Flour (to thicken the sauce)
½ cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Easy CK Pie Crust
180g CK Flour
1 tsp Gelatin Powder
2 tsp Xanthan Gum
2 Egg Whites

There are so many people with blood sugar issues. If you’re not already, you should consider adding apple cider vinegar (ACV) into your diet.
There are things that can improve your blood sugar levels that go beyond keto and fasting, and apple cider vinegar is one of them.
The acetic acid in apple cider vinegar gives a very potent anti-glycemic effect, even if you’re not doing keto. It can help buffer the food you eat to bring it lower on the glycemic index. This can help stabilize your blood sugar and insulin.

School Cafeteria Yeast Rolls Recipe
12 Yeast rolls 1-9x13 pan
3.375C AP flour
1.25T Active yeast 2 packs
1C water 110º
6T instant dry milk powder
3T sugar
3.5T Oil
.5 T salt
Add dry ingredients mix on low 2 min
Add oil mix on low 2 min
Add water mix on med for 8 min
Rest dough 1 hr at 90º
Punch down & roll out to form 12 squares
Let rise till double in size 30 to 50 min
Bake 18 to 20 mins at 400º till Golden.
While warm brush tops with melted butter
