Pedro Pascal: No Good Mexican Food in NYC??
Are you sure about that? Respectfully, here's 5 spots we think are worth a try, and maybe come to the defense of the many Mexicans and Mexican-owned establishments that call NYC home. You can get tacos, chalupas, micheladas, and more, and we think they give Los Angeles a run for its money. Have you hit these places? Drop us a line in the comments.

Super tasty salmon and tomato soup. Quick and easy to make. You will love it!
Salmon and tomato soup
Ingredients:
500g salmon
1500ml fish stock (can be from the stock cube)
1 onion
125ml white wine
400g peeled plum tomatoes
1tbsp olive oil
3-4 tbsp double cream
1-2 bay leaves
1 tsp sugar
salt and pepper
dill
few slices of lemon to serve
Equipment: saucepan, knife, chopping board, kitchen scales, spoon, measuring jug.
Prepare stock by dissolving 2 stock cubes in 1500 ml of boiling water. Finely chop onion. Cut salmon into bite size pieces. Roughly chop tomatoes.
Place the saucepan on the medium heat; add olive oil and then onions. Fry for a few minutes. Add sugar followed by wine, bay leaves and tomatoes. Add stock and bring it to boil. Carefully place salmon into the same saucepan and cook for 10min. In the meantime combine double cream with cornflower (add water if necessary) and add it to the soup. Add fresh dill and a slice of lemon when serving.
Delicious!!!
