Sip ‘N Snack Lunch | Vintage Betty Crocker Recipes
This week Melinda is in the kitchen whipping up a Sip ‘N Snack Lunch. On this recipe card, Betty Crocker proposes a delicious and easy lunch for guests: combining a Corned Beef Dip and crackers with an Ambrosia Salad and Cranberry Rosé cocktail. The dip turned out a bit too creamy, but still delicious, and the Ambrosia Salad was full of fruity flavors and textures — this whole meal is straight out of a 1950s ladies luncheon, and tasty too!
Happy Homemaking!
