How To make Chocolate Chip Crispers Cookies
1/2 c Butter or margarine softened
1 c Granulated sugar
1 Egg
1 ts Vanilla extract
1 1/4 c All-purpose flour
1/2 ts Baking soda
1/4 ts Salt
2 c Rice Crispies cereal
1 c Semisweet chocolate pieces
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar until smooth. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract. Set aside. In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt and mix together well. Add flour mixture to the batter and mix until well blended. Stir in the Rice Crispies and chocolate chips. Drop by level tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake about 12 minutes or until light brown. Remove cookies to wire rack to cool. These freeze well. Walt MM

쿠키 안에 커스터드 크림을 넣어 쿠키를 만들면 맛있을 것 같아 어떻게 만들어 볼까 하다가 이탈리아 파스타 종류의 라비올리 모양이 생각나서
커스터드 크림을 반구로 차갑게 굳혀 쿠키 사이에 넣어 구웠는데 모양 그대로 예쁘게 잘 구워지더라구요~
쿠키는 바삭하고 가운데 크림은 촉촉해서 정말 맛있고 모양도 재미있어 귀여운 것 같아요~^^
구워도 크림이 촉촉한 편이라 시간이 지나면 쿠키가 물러질 수 있어 굽고 빨리 먹는게 맛있는 것 같아요~
커스터드 크림과 쿠키의 조합은 역시 생각한대로 너무 좋더라구요~~

달걀노른자 1개
설탕 20g
옥수수전분 7g
뜨거운 우유 100g
바닐라빈 페이스트 2g
무염버터 75g
슈가파우더 45g
소금 조금
달걀 20g
바닐라익스트랙 2g
박력분 120g
아몬드 가루 30g
▶레시피
1. 달걀노른자와 설탕, 옥수수전분을 냄비에 넣고 섞은 뒤 뜨거운 우유를 넣고 섞고 바닐라빈 페이스트를 넣고 섞는다.
2. 약불에 올려 걸쭉해질 때까지 저으며 가열하고 실리콘 반구 몰드에 넣고 냉장실에 넣어둔다.
3. 무염버터를 부드럽게 풀고 슈가파우더와 소금을 넣고 섞고 달걀, 바닐라익스트랙을 넣고 섞은 뒤 박력분, 아몬드가루를 체 쳐 넣고 섞는다.
4. 반죽을 반으로 나눠 넓게 밀어펴 2장으로 만들고 냉장실에서 1시간 정도 휴지시킨다.
5. 반죽 위에 커터로 자리를 잡은 뒤 실리콘 몰드에 굳힌 커스터드 크림을 가운데 올리고 다른 반죽으로 덮어 살짝 눌러 모양을 잡고 냉동실에서 10분 정도 굳힌다.
6. 커터를 이용해 잘라낸 뒤 오븐 팬에 올려 180도 (190도 20분 예열) 오븐에서 15~17분 정도 굽고 식힌다.

Recipe: Pretzel Crisps / Salt and pepper crispers

Ingredients:
All-purpose Flour 2 cups
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Baking soda 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper powder crushed 1 teaspoon or as per taste.
Salt 1 teaspoon
Oil or butter 4 tablespoons
Some butter to brush on top
Lukewarm Water 1/2 cup
Directions to prepare:
Into a 1/2 cup of lukewarm water add 1 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of sugar and mix. Into it then add 1 teaspoon of yeast and stir to mix.
Take 2 cups of all-purpose flour and add 1 teaspoon of crushed peppers, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda, and 4 tablespoons of oil or melted butter and mix.
Pour the yeast mixture into the flour and knead to make a dough.
Cover and leave the dough for 2 hours or so.
Uncover the dough and press to release any air/gas trapped inside.
Take a portion of the dough and roll out thin. While rolling use some dry flour to avoid sticking.
Roll out thin and sprinkle some crushed black peppers on top. Roll with light hands to help the peppers stick to the dough.
Cut and Shape your pretzel crisps. Make small holes with the help of a fork.
Into a baking tray place a parchment paper. and then place the crackers.
Lightly brush these with some butter or top before baking.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in a preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Take them out and allow them to cool completely. Enjoy these great crispers at any time.

My second channel for unboxings, product reviews and travel vlogs:
1/4 cup butter
5 cups mini marshmallows
5 1/2 cups rice krispies cereal
1 cup salted peanuts, whole or chopped
16oz caramels
3 tbsp milk or cream
2 cups chocolate chips.
Melt the marshmallows and butter together on low on the stove or for 1.5 minutes on high in the microwave (until marshmallows are puffed to twice the size and very soft).
Stir melted marshmallows and melted butter together thoroughly.
Stir in rice krispies until coated.
Spread into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish or one lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil (greased).
Melt caramels and milk or cream together and stir until smooth.
Pour over rice krispie layer.
Melt chocolate and pour over the caramel layer.
Allow to set and cut into squares.
I put mine in the fridge until the chocolate was set and then took them out and stored them at room temperature.
If you want a distinctive caramel layer that doesn't seep into the rice krispies, I suggest that you use less milk or cream and allow the caramel to cool until it is thick before spreading it on the rice krispies base.
