Ingredients
Base
✨6-7 pieces Britannia chocolate cake
✨1 tbsp espresso shot ( 1 tbsp water + 1/2 tsp coffee powder)
Mousse filling
✨3/4cup dark chocolate chips
✨1/4 cup fresh cream
✨1/2 cup whipping cream
Ganache topping
✨1/4 cup fresh cream
✨2 tbsp dark chocolate callets
Method
1. Line a 4-inch springform pan with parchment and keep it aside.
2. In a bowl pour hot fresh cream over dark chocolate chips. Mix until the chocolate melts completely and you have a smooth ganache.
3. In another bowl, whip the whipping cream to soft peaks and fold the ganache in it.
4. Place cake pieces in the bottom of the lined pan and make sure it’s all packed nicely. Soak it with the espresso shot
5. Pour the mousse on the top of the cake and flatten it using an offset spatula. Refrigerate it for 2 hours or until the cake sets completely.
6. For the glaze- pour hot cream over the chocolate and make it a liquid ganache.
7. Decorate the mousse cake with the glaze and serve.

Ingredients:
1 cup bittersweet chocolate chunks
1 3/4 cups heavy cream, chilled
3 large egg whites
1/4 cup sugar
Bittersweet chocolate, shaved, for garnish
Steps:
1. Temper chocolate, stirring until melted. Turn off the heat and let stand.
2. Beat heavy cream until it forms soft peaks. Set aside.
3. Whip egg whites with a hand mixer until soft peaks form, gradually adding in sugar.
4. Using a whisk, fold the tempered chocolate into the egg whites. Once fully incorporated, fold in the whipped cream. Transfer to a baking dish if desired, cover and refrigerate until set (about 1 hour).
5. Serve with shaved chocolate and enjoy!

Ingredients:
all purpose flour 1/2 cup
sugar 4 tbsp
cooking oil 1/4 cup
1 egg
cocoa powder 2 tbsp
baking powder 1 tsp
milk 1/4 cup
for mousse filling part:
semisweet (Dark) chocolate 150g + whipping cream (hot) 60ml
whipping cream (cold) 200ml + powdered sugar 2 tbsp
on top : (not mention on video)
200g dark chocolate + 120ml milk - melt in microwave for 30sec to 1 min, mix it well, let it cool down and pour on top (!!! make sure it is cold enough !!!)

You can make chocolate mousse just with chocolate and whipped cream basically but by adding pâte à bombe, the mousse gets extra rich, light, and creamy. INGREDIENTS FOR THE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE
• Dark Chocolate: 180g (6.3oz)
• Egg yolks: 120g (4.2oz)
• Granulated sugar: 60g (2.1oz)
• Heavy cream for pate au bombe: 60g (2.1oz)
• Heavy cream for whipped cream: 450g (15.9oz)
*Makes about 12 cups (about 6 tea cups I used today)

Hi there! Today we are making chocolate mousse. This is a very easy recipe which yields a rich and creamy result and with the addition of rum it makes for a perfect and flavorful dessert!
Ingredients: 2 egg yolks, 2 egg whites, 1 1/2 tbsp rum(or brandy), 2 tbsp sugar (devided), 3/4 cup dark semisweet chocolate, 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
