How To make Creamy Spinach& Chicken Saute
6 skinless boneless chicken breast halves -- (about
1-1/2 pounds) 1 cup low-fat milk
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup chopped onion
(about 1 medium)
7 cups chopped spinach :
(about 9 ounces)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Spray 12-inch skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken in skillet 2 minutes on each side. Reduce heat to medium- low. Add milk, broth and onion. Cook 5 minutes, turning chicken occasionally, until onion is tender. Add spinach. Cook 3 to 4 minutes, stirring constantly, until spinach is completely wilted and juices of chicken run clear. Remove chicken from skillet; keep warm. Increase heat to medium. Cook spinach mixture about 3 minutes or until liquid has almost evaporated. Stir in salt, pepper and nutmeg. Serve chicken on top of spinach. 6 servings

Sauté the chicken in a hot pan. Once browned remove and set aside. In the same pan, sauté the sliced mushrooms, once cooked down add spinach (you can add fresh or I steamed them first).
In a separate pan place 2 Tbsp flour, 2 Tbsp Fat Free Half & Half & 1 Tbsp of I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter Spray - wisk those together - it would form into a paste. In that same pan add 1/2 Cup of Skim Milk & 3 Tbsp of Pecorino Romano Cheese. Combine together and it will form a Creamy Sauce. Once the sauce is ready — combine the chicken, spinach & mushrooms. I served this over Spaghetti Squash.

TUSCAN CHICKEN | CREAMY CHICKEN WITH SPINACH & SUN DRIED TOMATOES
Tuscan Chicken is so rich and creamy! Tender chicken breasts with sun dried tomatoes and spinach in the most delicious cream sauce! This is surely a winner winner chicken dinner!
Tuscan Chicken
Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs chicken breast
1 tablespoon butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup chopped sun dried tomatoes, drained from oil
3 cups spinach
Directions
Slice chicken breast in half horizontally, place parchment paper or saran wrap over the top and pound evenly. Season both side with salt an pepper.
Heat oil in a pan over medium high heat and add chicken. Cook until cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
Add butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
Add chicken broth and heavy cream and bring to a boil. Season with salt and pepper and let cook for 2 minutes over medium heat.
Stir in sun dried tomatoes.
Stir in spinach and cool until just wilted.
Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese.
Return chicken back to the pan.

Boneless Chicken Thighs in a Creamy Spinach & Garlic Sauce || Creamy Chicken.
????Boneless chicken thighs
1 tsp Chicken Seasoning
1 tsp All purpose seasoning
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tbsp Paprika
3 tbsps Butter
270 ml Double cream
1 tbsp Garlic (grated)
100g Fresh Spinach
Bell peppers (sliced)
Onion (sliced)
5 Medium potatoes
Method
????Season chicken with these spices.
To a hot pan on medium heat, add butter and allow to melt. (not burn) Add chicken pieces to pan skin side down. Sear on each side for 5 mins.
Remove from pan and set aside.
In the same pan sauté bell peppers, onion and garlic. After 2 mins pour in double cream/ heavy cream. Taste and adjust seasoning accordingly.
Once sauce has thickened, add chicken thigh pieces and spinach. Cover and allow to cook for 5 mins. Remove from heat and serve with you choice of side. Enjoy! ????

Creamy Tuscan Chicken with Sun Dried Tomatoes & Spinach
2 skinless boneless chicken breast (split in half if thick cuts)
7 oz sun dried tomatoes
12 oz artichoke hearts
3 chopped garlic cloves
1 c heavy cream
2 cup of fresh spinach
sea salt
black pepper
paprika
Clean two boneless skinless chicken breast. Take a knife and split chicken breast in half. Season chicken with sea salt, black pepper, and paprika on both sides. Warm cast iron skillet with grape seed oil. Put chicken breast in pan and cook for 5 minutes on both sides. Take chicken out and rest on a plate. Add and sauté chopped garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, and artichokes. Make sure to scrape the bits from the bottom of the pan. Then add and sauté 2 handfuls or 2 cups of fresh spinach. Then add and stir in heavy cream. Taste test and add sea salt, black pepper and paprika if needed. Place cooked chicken and juice back in the pan and cover with the sauce. Simmer over low heat for 10 mins. EAT AND ENJOY!

Spinach cream cheese Stuffed chicken breast
These chicken breasts are stuffed with a mixture of cream cheese, spinach, sun-dried tomatos season to perfection, seared on both sides then into the oven they went to finish cooking. I served them on a bed of roasted vegetables, so delicious the perfect meal.
——ingredients——
-5 chicken breasts sliced down the middle to make a pocket
-3 tablespoon olive oil
-1/2 tablespoon salt
-1/2 tablespoon paprika
-1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
-1/2 tablespoon onion powder
-1/2 teaspoon black pepper
-1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
——Season the chicken ⬆️ with all those spices inside and out
:
——filling——
-1 pound of spinach
-1 tablespoon of olive oil
-3 cloves of garlic
-1 Block of cream cheese 8oz
-1/2 cup of sun dried tomatos chopped
-1 cup of mozzarella cheese
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-1 teaspoon garlic powder
-1 teaspoon onion powder
-1 teaspoon paprika
-1/2 teaspoon black pepper
:
1️⃣ Sauté the garlic and spinach first
2️⃣Mix the spinach with the rest of the ingredients, then stuff the chicken breasts with it, Secure with toothpicks
3️⃣Sear the chicken breasts on high heat for 2 minutes per side then into the oven they go at 400° for about 20 to 25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
:
——roasted vegetables——
-1 pound of green beans
-8oz of mushrooms
-2 tablespoons olive oil
-1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
-1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
-1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
-1 teaspoon of salt
-1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
——put everything ⬆️ together give it a good mix and into the oven they go at 400° for 25 minutes.
