How To make Creamy Spinach& Chicken Saute
6 skinless boneless chicken breast halves -- (about
1-1/2 pounds) 1 cup low-fat milk
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup chopped onion
(about 1 medium)
7 cups chopped spinach :
(about 9 ounces)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Spray 12-inch skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken in skillet 2 minutes on each side. Reduce heat to medium- low. Add milk, broth and onion. Cook 5 minutes, turning chicken occasionally, until onion is tender. Add spinach. Cook 3 to 4 minutes, stirring constantly, until spinach is completely wilted and juices of chicken run clear. Remove chicken from skillet; keep warm. Increase heat to medium. Cook spinach mixture about 3 minutes or until liquid has almost evaporated. Stir in salt, pepper and nutmeg. Serve chicken on top of spinach. 6 servings

Easy & Simple Weeknight Chicken Recipe | Chicken Cooked In Spinach & Bacon Cream Sauce
Hi Friends! You all are going to love this easy weeknight chicken recipe! It's simple and quick to make and most importantly, it all cooks in one pan. Another thing I love about this particular recipe, is its versatility. You can easily substitute the chicken for shrimp, salmon, or pork and they would all be super flavorful. What you'll need to make the recipe:
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp italian seasoning
1 1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp minced garlic (heaping)
salt (to taste)
1 cup heavy cream
4 strips of bacon
2 handfuls of spinach
4 chicken breasts
1. Prep your chicken by splitting any large chicken breast and placing them in a bowl.
2. Add all your spices to the bowl of chicken breast and coat the chicken with the spices.
3. Fry your bacon stovetop over medium heat until crispy and then remove from the pan. Drain them on a paper towel.
4. Discard bacon grease, leaving 2 tbsp in the skillet.
5. Saute your chicken breast for 5-6 minutes until they are golden brown on one side and then flip. Remain cooking for another 3 to 4 minutes and remove from the pan.
6. Now add the cup of milk and minced garlic, allowing the cream to begin to thicken.
7. Now add the spinach and let it cook until the spinach begins to wilt.
8. Add your chicken back to the pan and toss it in the cream sauce.
Serve over noodles or substitute the protein.

Creamy Spinach and Artichoke Dip Chicken Pasta One Pan Recipe
Ingredients:
16 Oz Trottole Pasta Use Gluten Free to make this GF
2 Chicken Breasts
1/2 Lemon
Chopped Parsley
1 Tsp Old Bay
Spinach and Artichoke Dip Sauce:
1 Can Artichoke Hearts (Chopped)
2 Cups Spinach (Chopped)
16 Oz Heavy Cream
2 Cups Shredded Cheese (Mozzarella)
1/4 Cup Sour Cream
1/3 Cup Parmesan Cheese
4 Cloves Garlic
3/4 Cup Chopped Onion
1 Tbsp Each: Old Bay Seasoning and Red Pepper Flakes
1 Tbsp Butter
Instructions:
Heat your skillet to medium high heat and add preferred oil.
Season your chicken with Old Bay and sauté. Cook in the pan until done and remove. Leave the brown bits in the pan.
Add one tbsp of butter and then your garlic and onion. Sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add some seasonings to your pan, I used Old Bay and Red Pepper Flakes.
Chop your spinach and artichoke hearts into smaller, more manageable pieces and toss into your pan with the garlic and onion. Sauté for a couple of minutes until the spinach is wilted.
Add you 16 oz of heavy cream and 1/2 block of cream cheese. Let this simmer until the cream cheese is fully incorporated, stirring occasionally.
Turn the heat down to low to medium and add in your shredded cheese. Let the sauce thicken and turn off the heat of the stove.
Add 1/4 cup of sour cream and 1/3 cup of Parmesan cheese.
Once the sauce is done, add in your cooked pasta and chicken. Squeeze some lemon juice over the top and garnish with parmesan, red pepper flake, and parsley!
