Look no further, this is the closest you will get to oven baked fried chicken. Best of all, there's no additional oils or fats used. There's no point in oven frying anything if it's drizzled with a ton of oil, you may as well deep fry it. This crispy oven fried chicken recipe is without any oil or fat, so you know it's healthier. This is probably the healthiest fried chicken recipe you will ever find. The result is amazing and simple to do. Crispy Baked Chicken Tenders
Here I'll show you the secrets to getting extra crispy chicken tenders in the oven. Easy to make and bursting with flavour, these breaded chicken tenders are the ultimate finger food! Makes approx 16 tenders (depending on size) so serving is approx 4 people. Chris x

Crispy Baked Chicken Tenders | Serves 4
????INGREDIENTS????
1.3lb / 600g Chicken Tenders OR Chicken Breast, sliced into strips & at room temp (see notes)
1/3 cup / 70g Flour
1 1/4 cups / 75g Panko Breadcrumbs (see notes)
1 heaped tbsp Butter
1oz / 30g freshly grated Parmesan (see notes)
1 Egg, beaten
2 tbsp Milk
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp each: Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Black Pepper
1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper, or to taste
Oil Spray
????METHOD????
Melt 1 heaped tbsp butter into a frying pan over medium heat and stir in 1.25cups/75g Panko breadcrumbs. Continue frying for 5 or so mins until the breadcrumbs turn light golden. Remove from heat.
Pre heat oven to 200c/390f.
In a small bowl combine 1 tsp paprika and salt, 1/4 tsp onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, and 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper (or to taste).
Line up 3 large bowls. In the first bowl combine 1/3cup/70g flour with 1 tsp of your spice mix. In the second combine 1 beaten egg with 2 tbsp milk. In the third combine breadcrumbs with 1oz/30g parmesan and the rest of your spice mix.
One by one dip your tenders first into the flour, then into the egg and finally into the breadcrumbs, ensuring you fully coat at each stage (especially the last).
Place on a baking tray (preferably elevated on a wire rack if you have one), spray with oil then pop in the oven for 20mins or until golden, crispy and piping hot through the centre. If at all you notice them starting to char at all, turn down the heat.
Place on a cooling rack for a few mins to allow all the steam to escape and crisp up. Serve with your favourite dip!

Basic Crispy Baked Chicken Wings
• 2-3 pounds chicken wings
• 1 tablespoon aluminum-free baking powder
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon black pepper
• ½ teaspoon paprika
Buffalo Sauce:
• ¼ cup buffalo hot sauce
• ¼ cup melted butter
• 1 tablespoon honey
✅Instructions
Basic Crispy Baked Chicken Wings:
1️⃣ Place a wire rack onto a baking sheet. Use paper towels to pat chicken wings as dry as possible and place into a large mixing bowl.
2️⃣ In a small bowl, stir together baking powder, salt, pepper, and paprika (and any additional flavor additions you'd like to use). Sprinkle over chicken wings and toss until wings are evenly coated.
3️⃣ Place wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Refrigerate uncovered overnight, 12 to 24 hours.
4️⃣ Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Take wings directly from refrigerator and roast in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, until crispy and brown and the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Cooking time will vary based on the size of your chicken wings.
5️⃣ Serve plain hot, or use desired flavor sauces and variations.
Buffalo Sauce:
1️⃣ In a small bowl, whisk together hot sauce, melted butter, and honey.
2️⃣ Add cooked chicken wings to a large mixing bowl. Pour in sauce and toss to coat.

???? Lemon Pepper Wings????
• 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
• 1 tablespoon lemon pepper
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil and lemon pepper.
Add prepared and cooked chicken wings to a large mixing bowl. Pour in sauce and toss to coat.
♨️ Simple BBQ Sauce ♨️
• ¼ cup brown sugar
• 2 teaspoons cornstarch
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 1/2 teaspoons cajun seasoning
• 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
• 1 cup tomato sauce
• 1/4 cup molasses
• 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tablespoon hot sauce
• 3 minced garlic cloves
In a medium sauce pan, whisk together brown sugar, cornstarch, salt, cajun seasoning, and paprika.
Whisk in tomato sauce, molasses, worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and garlic.
Bring to a simmer over medium high heat, stirring occasionally. Let simmer 15 minutes.
Add prepared and cooked chicken wings to a large mixing bowl. Pour in sauce and toss to coat.
???? Honey Garlic Sauce ????
• 1 teaspoon olive oil
• 5 cloves minced garlic
• 1/3 cup honey
• 1/4 cup water
• 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Heat olive oil in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Add in garlic and saute 90 seconds.
Add in honey, water, vinegar, and soy sauce. Bring to a simmer, then remove from heat.
Add prepared and cooked chicken wings to a large mixing bowl. Pour in sauce and toss to coat.
???? Garlic Parmesan Sauce ????
• 1/4 cup melted butter
• 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Add prepared and cooked chicken wings to a large mixing bowl. Pour in sauce and toss to coat.
???? Teriyaki Sauce ????
• 1/3 cup brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons cornstarch
• 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
• 1 cup water
• 1/4 cup soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 1 clove minced garlic
In a medium sauce pan, whisk together brown sugar, cornstarch, and ginger.
Stir in water, soy sauce, honey, and garlic. Bring to a simmer over medium high heat.
Let simmer until thickened, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
Add prepared and cooked chicken wings to a large mixing bowl. Pour in sauce and toss to coat.
???? Salt and Vinegar Wings ????
• 2 cups distilled white vinegar
• 1 cup water
• 3 tablespoons salt
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
In a large mixing bowl, stir together vinegar, water, salt, and pepper until dissolved. Add in raw chicken wings and make sure they are completely submerged.
Let soak in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Pat completely dry, then proceed with basic crispy baked chicken wing recipe.

Ingredients
▢2 lbs chicken breasts (about 3-4) cut in strips — I get about 3 out of one breast
▢1 cup buttermilk (optional)
▢6 tbsp melted butter
▢¾ cup flour
▢½ cup Panko breadcrumbs
▢1 tbsp seasoning salt I use Lawry’s
▢½ tsp pepper
▢2 tsp paprika
Instructions
Cut chicken breasts into thick strips and soak in buttermilk.
Preheat oven to 425°F. Place a large piece of parchment paper on the rimmed baking sheet (10×15) and brush butter over the parchment. It might seem like too much butter, but you need it to crisp up the coating!
Combine flour, Panko, seasoning salt, paprika and pepper in a large zip-top bag. Add the chicken and shake to coat **
Place your chicken on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a space between each strip. Bake 10 minutes, flip gently with a spatula, and bake another 10 minutes. (If the pan is dry when you flip the chicken, add a drizzle of oil to ensure the bottom crisps as well)
Be sure to check to make sure your chicken is cooked (165°F), as the thickness can greatly affect baking time. You want it to be done but not overdone and dry. Bake another 4-5 minutes if needed.
Remove to a plate lined with paper towel to soak up any excess grease. Serve immediately. To keep warm until serving, place on a wire rack on a baking sheet in a 225°F oven.

Crispy Oven Fried Chicken Recipe Ingredients:
Chicken pieces of your choice
2 Tablespoons butter
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1 Cup All Purpose Flour
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon paprika
THIS IS HOW WE DO IT:
*Preheat Oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit
*Place foil on a cookie sheet and add the butter
*Place the cookie sheet with butter on it in the oven while it is heating up
*Dry your chicken off with paper towels and sprinkle all the seasonings on it and rub in
*Add the baking powder and flour and coat well
*Remove the pan from the oven and place the chicken on it skin side down making sure the pieces do not touch
*Place back in the oven for 30-45 minutes and then turn over continue cooking for an additional 30-45 minutes.
