How To make Crockpot Corn & Lentil Soup
Ingredients

pound
chicken thighs, boneless, skinless
1 1/2
cup
lentils
1
each
onion, chopped
3
each
celery stalks, sliced
2
tablespoon
tomato paste
1
teaspoon
turmeric
3/4
teaspoon
cinnamon
7
cup
chicken broth
1
cup
corn kernels, cooked
2
tablespoon
lemon juice
1
salt
1
pepper
Directions:
Place 1 1/2 pounds boneless and skinless chicken thighs in a crockpot with 1 1/2 cups lentils, 1 large chopped onion, 3 sliced celery ribs, 2 tablespoons tomato paste, 1 teaspoon turmeric, 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon and 7 cups chicken broth. Stir well and cook 3 to 5 hrs on high or 7 to 9 hours on low or until thighs are tender. Remove thighs and cut into bite size pieces. Return meat to pot along with 1 cup cooked corn kernels, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Stir well and serve hot.
Makes 8 servings.

Easy 5 ingredient Lentil Soup
Get Ready for Fall with this easy crock pot soup.
2 med. uncooked carrots peeled, cut into large chunks
2 med. uncooked celery sticks, cut into large chunks
1 small uncooked Red onion cut into small chunks
1 large garlic glove minced
2 cups of lentils
3 tablespoons of knorr (tomato bouillon w/ chicken flavor)
1/2 tsp table pepper
6 cups of water
Place all ingredients in slow cooker (as shown in video) Cover slow cooker; Cook on LOW setting for 6 hours

Crock pot middle estern red lentil soup.
This soup the equivalent to Chili in the middle east. When it is cloudy, Raining Or getting a little cold out side most Palastinians and Jordanians will make red lentil soup for dinner. You can serve it with fried pita bread, lemon, drizzle of Olive Oil and Enjoy.
* Red Lentil Soup using Crock pot:
2 cups of red lentil ( washed )
5 cups of water
1 tbs curry powder
1 tbs cumin powder
2 bullion cubes you can use chicken or vegetables. if you dont want to you cubes you can use it in a powder form.
1 medium onion .
Let it cook on high from 3:30 to 4:00 hours.
