How To make Cucumber Vegetable Salad (Korean Ol Namul)
3 ea Cucumbers
1 tb Salt
1 ea Clove garlic
1/4 ts Salt
1 ts Sesame seeds
1 ts Sesame oil
1/4 ts Cayenne pepper
1 ts Sugar
This simple cucumber salad is a pleasant accompaniment to a hot summer night. Small cucumbers are suggested; they are not quite as watery as the large ones nor do they require peeling. 1. Slice the cucumbers in circles. Sprinkle salt over the cucumber slices,
mix well and let them stand for 30 minutes. Place the cucumbers in a damp cloth and gently but firmly squeeze out as much water as possible. The less watery the cucumbers, the better tasting the dish. 2. Crush the garlic, then combine it with the cucumbers, salt, sesame

Serving 2~3
Measuring is 1TS(10g). Spoon Measuring
Ingredients
Water parsley
onion
Spicy paste
2TS red pepper power
0.5 TS red pepper power finely
2TS soy sauce
2TS honey
3TS double strength vinegar
3TS red pepper paste spoonful
Directions
1. Slice into onion finely. Bring a bowl, add 0.5 cup water and place onion. Add 1TS sugar, 1TS vinegar then let sit 10minutes. (Remove onion's spicy taste)
2. Cut water parsley 5cm long. (Water parsley has been washed)
3. Bring a large bowl, place water parsley, onion and spicy paste. Toss them gently!
4. Add 1TS sesame oil and sesame seeds.
Note
Serve with rice or roast meat(pork, beef). This can stimulate your appetite.

초고추장양념 생채 | Cho-Gochujang Yangnyeom Saengchae (Korean raw veggie salad with sweet n' sour gochujang dressing)| Serves 1
[Ingredients]
Leafy greens or herbs 1 1/2 cups
Julienned apples 1/2 cup
Julienned red bell pepper 1/2 cup
[ Yangnyeom (dressing) ]
Gochujang(Korean chili pepper paste) 1 tablespoon
Agave syrup 1 tablespoon
Apple cider vinegar or any other vinegar 1 tablespoon
Gochugaru(Korean chili pepper powder) 1teaspoon
Korean light/dark soy sauce 1teaspoon
Toasted sesame seeds 1teaspoon
???? Substitute agave syrup with 1 teaspoon of sugar
