Coconut cream pie:
Cuisinart saucepan:
KitchenAid Stand Mixer:
Chocolate Chip Cookies:

Lodge dutch oven:
Mandolin slicer:
Scalloped Potatoes:
Sausage and Herb Stuffing:
Eight Layer Salad:
Roast Turkey
1 frozen turkey (leave neck/giblets...etc in the turkey)
carrots, onion, celery, garlic
salt, pepper, thyme
1 C water
1/2c melted butter
Place chopped veggies and water in bottom of roasting pan. Add water. Place turkey on top, rub with butter and seasoning. Wrap tightly with foil.
Place in oven at 400 degrees for 1 hour. Turn oven down to 275 degrees and bake overnight (8-10 hours) or until turkey is cooked through. Per USDA guidelines, minimum temperature of meat should reach 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
If turkey is not cooked through, remove foil and place in 400 degree oven until brown and cooked to 165.
USDA Guidelines for cooking turkey:
Cheesy Broccoli and Rice Casserole
4 cups cooked rice
1 bunch of broccoli, cooked and cut into small pieces
1 stick butter, melted
1/4 c finely chopped onion (optional)
salt and pepper
1 large jar of cheese whiz
16 oz container of sour cream
Whisk butter, onion, salt, pepper, cheese, and sour cream in large bowl until well combined. Fold in rice and broccoli. Place in greased 9x13 pan and cover with foil. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until heated through.
