-BILLS20086- 4 Chicken breasts -- 4-ozs,
- skinless, boneless 2 c Basic Bread Crumbs
- see separate recipe 1/4 c Egg Beaters
Olive Oil flavored Pam no - stick cooking spray 2 oz Healthy Choice Fat Free
- mozzarella cheese -- grated 2 oz Truly Lite Fat Free ricotta
- cheese 1 1/3 c Healthy Choice spaghetti
- sauce
Dip each chicken breast in Egg Beaters, then coat with bread crumbs. Spray a large skillet with Pam and heat. Quickly brown chicken breasts on both sides, about 3-5 minutes total. Coat baking dish with Pam. Place chicken in pan; top each breast with 1/3 cup of spaghetti sauce. Combine mozzarella and ricotta cheeses. Place an equal amount of cheese on each chicken breast. Cover and bake for 20 minutes at 375~. Remove chicken from oven. Sprinkle with remaining bread crumbs and bake uncovered for 5-10 more minutes or until browned. Ingredients:
For the marinera sauce:
1 tbsp butter
1/2 tvsp oil
1/2 small diced onion
1/4 cup freshly chopped parsley
1/4 cup freshly chopped basil
3 minced garlic cloves
2 cups tomato sauce(I use Cento)
2 cups crushed tomatoes(I use Cento)
1 1/2 tsp sugar this is to remove the acidic of the canned tomatoes
Salt I used 1 1/2 tsp
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
For the chicken:
3 chicken breast
1/2 cup flour - 1/2 tsp black pepper, onion powder,garlic powder,paprika and salt
2 eggs-2 tvsp milk
1 cup Italian panko- 1 cup Frito shredded parm cheese
Oil for frying
Mozzarella cheese to top the cutlet

CHICKEN PARMESAN! STEP BY STEP! ❤
Chicken Parmesan is comfort food, cheesy delicious and super delicious. It's a perfect
meal for the whole family because kids love it too...the sauce can be frozen for another day, and the chicken parmesan also makes delicious leftovers.
SAUCE INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 28.oz whole or crushed tomatoes
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 Tbsp tomato paste
3 minced garlic cloves
1 bay leaf
salt (to your liking)
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
fresh ground black pepper
fresh basil (about 5 leaves)
1 small chopped onion
BREADING
2 chicken breasts cut in have long way
1 cup flour
2 eggs
1 Tbsp water
1 cup PANKO bread crumbs
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt (to your liking)
fresh grated parmesan cheese
small bunch chopped Italian parsley
small bunch chopped fresh basil
SAUCE
Heat a non stick pan to medium high heat, add EVOO and saute onions for 2 minutes then add garlic and stir for 1 minute, add garlic powder, sugar, bay leaf, oregano, tomato paste, dried parsley, onion powder, black pepper stir together well then add crushed tomatoes, salt and torn fresh basil...cover and bring up to light boil then down to simmer while you prepare breading.
●CHICKEN INNER TEMP SHOULD BE 165° WHEN READY.
