How To make English Muffin Pizzas
4 English muffins
split
1/2 pound extra lean ground beef
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese :
shredded
1 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 375-degrees F.
Brown ground beef in skillet. Drain excess fat. Add salt.
In a small mixing bowl, combine tomato sauce, oregano, pepper, and garlic salt.
Arrange muffin halves on a baking sheet. Spread tomato mixture over each muffin half. Top tomato mixture with browned ground beef. Top beef with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese melts.

English Muffin Pizzas-A Good Snack and a Fun Thing to Make with Your Kids
These little English muffin toaster oven pizzas are a good snack and they're a fun recipe to make with your kids. My mom showed us how to make these when we were little. There were no microwaves in those days. We made them in the toaster oven.

Pizza breakfast with English muffins ????

-2 whole wheat English muffins split
-1/2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
-3/4 cup prepared pizza sauce tomato OR pesto
-Tiny Pinch salt
-Pinch black pepper
-1/2 cup of feta
-2 eggs
-1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning Toppings of choice such as avocado, mushrooms or sautéed veggies, such as spinach or olives
-Thinly sliced fresh basil optional for serving
-Nutritonal Yeast (for eggs - optional)
DIRECTIONS:
1.Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
2.Arrange the English muffin halves cut
side up onto a baking sheet. Lightly drizzle with olive oil. Place in the oven and toast until barely golden, about 2 minutes.
3.Spoon 1 1/2 tablespoons pizza sauce over each one, using the back of a spoon to spread it evenly. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with feta and your veggies of choice.
4.Prep your fried eggs to place on top. I cook mine with nutritional yeast.
5.Bake for 10 minutes, until the feta is melted and the muffins are browned on the edges. Top with avocado & enjoy!
