How To make Favourite Banana Bread
Ingredients

cup
sugar 1/3 c butter, or margarine softened
2
each
eggs
1/2
cup
mashed ripe bananas
1/3
cup
water
2/3
cup
flour, all-purpose
1
teaspoon
baking soda
2
teaspoon
salt 4 ts baking powder
1/2
cup
nuts, chopped
Directions:
Heat oven to 350F. Grease bottom only of loaf pan, 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 or
9 x 5 x 3 inches. Mix sugar and margarine in 2 1/2-quart bowl. Stir in eggs
until blended. Add bananas and water; beat 30 seconds. Stir in remaining
ingredients except nuts just until moistened; stir in nuts. Pour into pan.
Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 8-inch loaf 1
1/4 hours, 9-inch loaf 55 to 60 minutes; ccol 5 minutes. Loosen sides of
loaf from pan; remove from pan. Cool completely before slicing. 1 loaf
(24 slices); 120 calories per slice.
Refrigerate no longer than 1 week.

Today I'm sharing with you my favourite Banana Bread Recipe. It's a simple and easy recipe to follow that will give you a perfectly moist banana bread. Perfect recipe for weekend breakfast / brunch or for enjoying with a cup of coffee or tea.
Make sure to use over ripened bananas in this recipe, it is what gives the bread sweetness and flavour.

Potato Masher

Recipe
2 Cups / 16 oz / 250g Plain Flour
1 Teaspoon / 0.16 oz / 5 ml Baking Soda
1/4 Teaspoon / 0.04 oz / 1 ml Salt
3/4 Cup / 6 oz / 150g Brown Sugar
3-4 Over Ripe Bananas
2 Eggs
1/3 Cup / 2.6 oz / 80 ml Vegetable or Canola Oil
Whisk the dry ingredients together in a bowl. Mash the over ripe bananas with a potato masher or fork. In a separate bowl combine the brown sugar, eggs, oil, and mashed bananas. Mix until well combined. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and fold together until just combined, do not over mix. Pour the banana bread batter into a loaf tin and bake for 60-65 minutes at 180C or 350F. Leave to cool for 10 minutes in tin before turning out on a wire rack.

Nothing beats homemade I mean it!!!! This recipe is soooo easy and the best part is that the bread is soooo moist even a couple days later ???? so next time you have old ripe bananas don’t throw them away instead make this easy and delicious recipe ????
