Delicious Pear & Apple Sauce Recipe By Risa - 0sp

This recipe is super healthy, easy, versatile satisfying, low fat, low calories and makes a great breakfast, side dish, snack, dessert or before/after a work out!!!

You can make this in your slow cooker, a large pot, Instapot or pressure cooker!
I used my cast iron pot!
Ingredients:
I used approximately 8 to 10 cups of a combination of any kind of apples and pears ( it doesn't matter how many)
1 lemon
1tsp or more Cinnamon
1 tbs or more Sugar free honey ( any brand or any sugar free sugar/syrup like Swerve, Lakanto Monk sugar, Stevia)
pinch of salt
1/3 cup or more/less water depending on the amount of fruit used
Can add some nutmeg if you want!
Directions:
Wash your fruit well!
Cut into small chunks
Discard any seeds
Don't peel the skin!!!
Add fruit to your pot!
Add water
Add lemon juice,cinnamon, and salt
Mix well!
Allow to cook and soften!
Use your emersion blender or blender or potatoe masher to mash up!
Add more water if too thick! Or keep chunky if you want! It's up to you!
Enjoy hot or cold!!!
keep in your fridge in a sealed container!
Add yogurt, sugar free frozen yogurt, low fat ice cream, ultra light cool whip, sugar free whip cream if you want!!!

INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
2 Apples
Peel The Apple
Cut Into Pieces
Half Of The Apple Pieces
2 Cup Milk
Blend Smooth
3 Tbsp Custard Powder
3 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tbsp Corn Flour
Mix Well
Pour In A Pan
Let It Boil
Stir The Mixture
Cook Until Thicken
Pour In Dessert Cup
Cool Down
Apple Caramel Sauce:
1 Tspn Butter
Half Of The Apple
2 Tspn Sugar
½ Tspn Cinnamon Powder
Cook For 2 Min.
Pour Over The Apple Dessert
