How To make Fruited Smoked Turkey Salad

SALAD----------------------------------- 6 oz Mostaccioli; uncooked
2 1/2 c Smoked turkey breast; cut in
- strips 1 1/2 c Cantaloupe; cubed
1/3 c Green onions; sliced
1 1/2 c Strawberries; sliced
1/2 c Slivered almonds; toasted
DRESSING:
1/3 c Lemon juice
1/4 c Oil
1/4 c Honey
1/2 ts Grated lemon peel
To toast almonds, spread nuts on a cookie sheet; bake at 350~ for 5-10 minutes or until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Cook mostaccioli to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain; rinse with cold water. In large bowl, combine all salad ingredients except strawberries and nuts; toss. In jar with a tight fitting lid, combine all dressing ingredients; shake well. Pour over salad; toss to coat. Cover; refrigerate 1-2 hours to blend flavors, stirring occasionally. Just before serving, gently stir in strawberries and almonds.

I really love this size of salad over 680 g is giving you about six to eight salad servings in a bag.
add a slice of ham to each and 1/4 inch of mild cheddar cheese diced.
4 capfuls of apple cider vinegar
decorate with french dressing.
also great with ceasar, italian and ranch dressings (minus the vinegar)
you can try balsamic and raspberry vinegrettes as well if you wish..

Ingredients:
1 oz (57g) Bulgur
2 Tomatoes
2 Fresh Limes
3.5 oz (100g) Green Onions
7 oz (198g) Fresh Parsley
0.5 oz (14g) Fresh Mint (Leaves)
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
Salt, Black Pepper Powder
Preparations:
1- Soak Bulgur in Boiling water for 30 Minutes.
2- Dice the tomatoes.
3- Dice the green onions.
4- Mince the fresh mint's leaves.
5- Mince the parsley.
