Delicious No Bake Cookies
Super delicious No Bake Cookies made with oats, peanut butter, and chocolate. These cookies are unbelievably easy to make and have the most delicious fudgy and chewy texture. They come together in just about 2 minutes!
RECIPE:
We love making no bake cookies at our house; they're packed with chocolate peanut butter flavor and make perfect snacks. You might remember I made a video for these way back before the new kitchen was finished. I've since updated the recipe over time and so thought it would be fun to make a new video!

No-Bake Cookies - Chocolate, Peanut Butter & Oatmeal - EASY, QUICK, and DELICIOUS!
This is my mom's recipe for No-Bake Cookies, and it was my great-grandmother's recipe before her! We love these so much! These are known by different names in different families. I have just learned they are also called Minute Cookies and Preacher Cookies!
Here are the ingredients:
1/2 cup butter 1/2 cup milk 1 3/4 cups sugar 4 Tbsp. cocoa powder 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 cup peanut butter 3 cups oatmeal
Instructions:
1. Melt together the first three ingredients, then add cocoa powder. 2. Once mixture has come to a steady boil, set timer for 1 minute. 3. After 1 minute, remove mixture from heat and add vanilla, peanut butter, and oatmeal. 4. Mix everything together well then drop no-bake cookies onto parchment or wax paper on your counter. They will generally firm up at room temperature. (If your kitchen stays very warm, they may take longer to firm up.) 5. After an hour to an hour and a half, enjoy these delicious no-bake cookies!
Preacher Cookies (No bake cookies by Jessica)
These are cookies I can never get to turn out right no matter what I do. Jessica's are always perfect. She got her recipe from Food Network but her technique is the main key to her success. Today she is teaching us that technique and how to make these cookies. Hopefully I can learn but if not Jessica is just a phone call away!????????
