Ingredients
2 cups sugar 4 tablespoons cocoa 1 stick butter 1/2 cup milk 1 cup peanut butter 1 tablespoon vanilla 3 cups oatmeal Waxed paper
Directions
In a heavy saucepan bring to a boil, the sugar, cocoa, butter and milk. Let boil for 1 minute then add peanut butter, vanilla and oatmeal. On a sheet of waxed paper, drop mixture by the teaspoonfuls, until cooled and hardened.

Ingredients 1st Method:
1 Egg 2 tbsp Honey 1/2 cup Peanut Butter 1/2 cup Oats
2nd Method:
1 Egg 2 tbsp Honey 1 cup Peanut Butter 1/2 cup Oats Flour
Directions
1st Method: Whisk egg, honey and peanut butter. Once the peanut butter is blended well, add oats and blend well. Take small amount and give a cookies shape. Place it on baking tray. Bake in pre-heated oven for 15-20 minutes. I would suggest to bake 10 minutes and check in between.
2nd Method: Grind Oats in a blender to make Oats Flour. Whisk egg, honey and peanut butter. Once the peanut butter is blended well, add oats flour and blend well. Take small amount and give a cookies shape. Place it on baking tray. Bake in pre-heated oven for 20-25 minutes. I would suggest to bake 10 minutes and check in between.
