How To make Impossible Turkey and Stuffing Pie
2 c Turkey; cooked;diced
1/2 ts Seasoned salt
1 c Prepared turkey stuffing
1/4 c Green onions; w/tops,sliced
1/2 c Green peas; cooked
1 c Milk
2 Eggs
1/2 c Bisquick
Heat oven to 400. Grease a 9" pie plate. Arrange turkey in plate; sprinkle with seasoned salt. Separate stuffing into small pieces; arrange on turkey. Top with onions and peas. Beat remaining ingred. until smooth, 15 sec. in blender on high. POur into plate. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean. 30-35 min. Cool 5 min. Serve with hot turkey gravy. 6 servings.

An American TRADITIONAL STUFFING, also know as DRESSING, is a must for your THANKSGIVING DAY table!! Fast, easy and simple to make...yet delicious to eat. Make one day in advance for a little less stress in the kitchen...YOU'LL BE GLAD YOU DID!! Recipe below...
TRADITIONAL STUFFING/DRESSING
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Lightly butter 2-quart baking dish. Set aside.
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup onions, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1/4 cup butter
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1 (12 oz) bag Cubed Bread
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, optional
1. In a 4-quart sauce pan. over medium heat, add butter, onions and celery. Sauté for 6-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Add chicken broth and seasoning. Stir. Heat until chicken broth is warm, but not boiling. Remove from heat.
3. Add package of bread cubes to heated chicken broth mixture. Stir until all ingredients are well incorporate.
4. Add to prepared baking dish. Cover.
5. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Bake an additional 10-15 minutes uncovered.
TIPS: Make the day before. Cover and store in refrigerator. Remove stuffing/dressing 1 hour from refrigerator before warming in a 350 degree preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.

Turkey and Ham Pie with a Long Egg | #longegg
I made this pie to demonstrate on of the uses for a Long Egg. It's similar to a Gala Pie which has a pork and egg filling, or a Grosvenor Pie which is filled with veal, ham and egg. The point about using a long egg is that you get the same amount of egg in every slice. Traditionally these pies would use hard-boiled eggs with the ends cut off laid end to end. I used several novel techniques for decoration including embossing on one side and cutting with a knife point on the other, and on the top we have a pastry lattice.
