MARINADE 2 Scotch Bonnet peppers or
4 Jalapenos; seeded
3 bn Green onions
1 c Red wine vinegar
1 c Olive oil
1/2 c Soy sauce
1/2 c Dark rum
1/4 c Brown sugar
1 tb Fresh thyme
1 ts Each ground cloves, nutmeg,
-allspice and cinnamon Blend all marinade ingredients in a blender. Marinate chicken wings overnight. Use gallon plastic bags. Cook wings in a 350~ oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Baste frequently. Source: Times-Picayune

Y'all know I eyeball a lot of things but here is the detail!
Recipe:
handful white onion
scallion
scotch bonnet peppers
1 Habanero
2 limes juice
1/4 cup of olive oil
1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup of soy sauce
1/2 brown sugar or white sugar
spoon full of:
rosted minced garlic
dried thyme
salt
cinnamon
ground ginger
nutmeg
black pepper
white pepper
ADD SOME HONEY FOR EXTRA SWEETNESS (recommend)
Blend it all together
add to chicken and let marinate overnight or 6 hours
cook on 370
I cooked one side for 25 mins FLIP and cook for 15 mins
Lastly finish it one broil for 3 minutes (this gets real hot so watch it for 3 mins for crisp on the wings)

Here are the ingredients used:
1 case of wings (rinsed with vinegar)
1 tbs of dry jerk rub
2 tbs of season to the bone
2 tbs walkerswood hot & spicy jerk marinate
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp red pepper flakes
For the sauce:
Drain the liquid produced from the chicken, add ketchup, browning and whatever sauce you have available

Jerk Chicken Wings ????
The cooking method with the tempura batter is NOT authentic.
3lbs Chicken Wings
2tsp browning
5 sprigs green onion
6 garlic cloves
Knob of ginger
2 tsp veggie oil
2 tsp vinegar
2-4 scotch bonnet (depends on spice level)
1/2 large white onion
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
Bundle of thyme
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp pimento seeds
Season wings with:
1 tsp seasoning salt
1 tsp jerk seasoning
2 tsp browning
flour mixture:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup corn starch
1 cup water or until loose pancake batter consistency
2 Tbsp jerk seasoning
1 tsp jerk seasoning
6 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp jerk seasoning
MARINADE FOR 24-48 hours for maximum flavor opportunities.
Brush them with butter mixture as soon as they exit the fryer.
Fry the wings at 350F until golden brown. You can easily bake these at 375f without the tempura batter and baste them every 10 minutes. Anything that can get baked can also get air fried. This should be second nature for you, easy money baby try these wings they’re really good.

Hey foodies! These Honey Jerk Marinated wings are guaranteed to make your belly happy! Authentic Jerk in Jamaica is done on pimento wood, thankfully we are able to enjoy the JERK FLAVOUR BY using delicious JERK MARINADES.
You may control the amount of heat by choosing your jerk seasoning wisely. Most brands will offer mild, medium or hot and spicy. I enjoy medium heat the most and I usually use one of the following Wet Jerk seasonings
1. My own
2. Grace foods
3. Walkerswood
4. Jerk Central

✅Recipe info:
Oven Temperature: 425F
Cooking time: 45 - 60 minutes depending on wing size
Baste every 15 minutes.
Turn on Broiler for the last 2 - 3 minutes for deeper caramelization on the wings if you desire.
If the foil wrap is drying out or starting to burn a bit...pull the baking tray out and pour some water in and then continue to bake the wings.
INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs split wings, rinsed in vinegar and cool water then pat dried
1/2 tbsp Olive oil

2 tsps Maggi chicken seasoning or your favourite Jerk powdered seasoning
2 tsps Garlic powder
2 tsps Onion powder
1/2 tsp Ginger Powder
1/4 tsp Allspice powder
