1 package smoked sausage 3-4 medium potatoes 1/4 onion 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup cubed Velveeta Salt and pepper 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 cup sour cream
Grease crockpot. Slice sausage and add to crockpot. Dice onion and add to crockpot. Peel, wash, and dice potatoes. Add to crockpot. Add shredded cheddar and Velveeta. Season with salt and pepper and stir. In small bowl, stir together cream of chicken soup and sour cream. Add to crockpot and stir. Cover and cook on low 8 hours. Stir occasionally.

This is How I'm Doing It today! Sausage & potatoes in my Crockpot! It's an easy, frugal, stick-to-your-ribs meal for a crowd!
2 pounds potatoes, diced 1 onion, diced 12 ounces smoked sausage, cut into 1/4 inch rounds salt pepper garlic powder
Place potatoes on bottom of slow cooker. Add onion & sausage. Add salt, pepper & garlic powder to taste. Add water to cover bottom of slow cooker, approximately 2 cups. Cook on low 6 hours.
