Lemon Cream Pie Dessert with lemon cookie crust only 1 WW point super easy and yummy.
Very easy, sugar free, low calorie and low point VERY YUMMY dessert I named Lemon Cream Pie Dessert with lemon cookie crust, WHEW! It's so good, I will be making this one over and over again. Very healthy and Weight Watcher WW friendly. Only 1 WW point per dessert cup. Makes 8 dessert cups, 1 point each. Enjoy and please subscribe and share my channel with others. INGREDIENTS:
* 1 package of Lemon Jello Gelatin Sugar Free
* 1 package of Jello Cheesecake Instant Pudding, Sugar Free and Fat Free
* 8 ounces (1 cup of water)
* 1 cup of ice cubes
* 2 cups of plain fat free Greek yogurt
* 9 Lemon Cookie thins, I guy a brand at Costco that's only 5 points for 9 cookies, scan around and see what you can find, this is the lowest one I've found.
* 1 tsp Lemon Extract
* 2 packets of Stevia (1 tsp)
DIRECTIONS:
*Boil one cup of water. Add the small/regular .30 oz size of sugar free Jello Lemon gelatin, stirring until dissolved (turn off heat). Pour into a mixing bowl, add 1 cup of ice cubes. Stir until most of the ice has dissolved. Remove any remaining small pieces with a slotted spoon. Put in refrigerator to finish cooking while going to the next step.
* Put 2 cups of sugar free non fat Greek yogurt into a bowl, add 1 tsp if lemon extract. Stir in the box of sugar free Jello Cheesecake pudding (1oz size box). Add 1 tsp equivalent of Stevia of -0- calorie sweetener Beat with a hand mixer for a minute or use a hand whisk for 1-2 minutes until pudding is completely dissolved.
* Spoon cheesecake pudding mixture into the lemon jello that has been chilling in the refrigerator. Fold and blend together.
* Put a thin lemon cookie in the bottom of 8 small dessert bowls (size 1/2-3/4 cup size cup bowls). Spoon lemon jello pudding mixture equally on top of all 8 dessert cups. Chill for 4 hours or more. Top with Fat Free Rediwip -0- points (up to 5 tbsp).

(Weight Watchers) Lightened up WW friendly Desserts- In this video I show you 3 of my favorite quick and easy WW desserts that use cake mixes These are some of my go to desserts when I have a sweet tooth and want to whip something up quickly!

Pistachio Cake:
1 white cake mix
3 egg whites
3 1/2 cups diet Sprite (divided)
1 1 ounce package of sugar free instant pistachio pudding
8 oz of fat free whipped topping
cooking spray
1/4 cup pistachios, chopped (optional)
For the cake, Mix together cake mix, egg whites and 2 1/2 cups of Sprite, mix well in mixer or by hand. Spray an 9X13 pan with cooking spray and pour mixture in pan. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Let cool completely.
For the frosting, Mix together whipped topping, pudding mix and remaining soda until all incorporated. Evenly spread over the top of cooled cake and refrigerate for a couple of hours, overnight is even better! Top with chopped pistachios before serving.

Two ingredient Angel Food Dessert:
1 box Angel food cake mix (the just add water kind)
20 oz can of no sugar added cherry pie filling
Mix two ingredients together until well combined. Pour into an ungreased 13X9 inch pan and bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Makes 12 servings. MyWW SmartPoints per serving - Green: 7 SmartPoints / Blue: 7 SmartPoints / Purple: 7 SmartPoints. (without whipped cream)
Triple Berry Crisp Dump Cake:
1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup pecans, chopped
1/2 cup light butter spread, melted (I like Brummel and Brown)
32 oz frozen berries (we like the Triple Berry blend)
Pour frozen berries into a 13X9 inch pan and set aside. Add remaining ingredients to a large bowl and mix well until a crumble texture is formed. Pour crumble over the top of the berries and bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes or until berries are bubbly and topping is slightly browned.

Easy Lemon Cheesecake Pie???? | WW friendly (Weight Watchers)???? This easy lemon dessert combines two of my favorite things, lemon and cheesecake! It is sweet and tart and perfect for a spring or summer dessert!

Ingredients:
12 oz Neufchatel cheese, 1/3 less fat than regular cream cheese
3⁄4 cup Plain fat free Greek yogurt
1/4- 1/3 cup Fresh lemon juice, depending on how tart you like, I used 1/3 cup and two lemons
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 Tbsp Lemon zest, more to garnish if you wish
7 sheets Low Fat Graham cracker
3 Tbsp Brummel & Brown Spread Made with Yogurt
3/4 cup Lakanto Monkfruit sweetener with erythritol, classic plus 1 tsp for crust
4 oz Kroger Fat free whipped topping
To make the crust, place graham crackers in a ziplock bag and crush with a rolling pin. You can also use a food processor if you want. Add graham cracker crumbs to a bowl along with 1 tsp sweetener and melted butter spread. Mix until well combined. Press crust mixture into the bottom of a pie pan and place in refrigerator while you make the rest of the pie. In a mixer, add cream cheese and monkfruit and mix until well combined. While that is mixing, zest and juice your lemons to get 1 Tbsp zest (more for garnish) and 1/4-1/3 cup lemon juice. Add eggs, Greek yogurt, vanilla, lemon juice and zest to cream cheese mixture and mix until all incorporated, about 3-4 minutes on medium speed. Pour filling onto the crust and bake at 325 for 35-45 minutes or until center of pie is slightly jiggly in the center. Let pie cool and then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Once cooled, top with whipped topping and garnish????

3 Ingredient Quick Pineapple Dessert (Ready In Less Than 5 Minutes!!)
Popular pineapple dessert that is quick and easy to make with only 3 ingredients!
Ingredients
- crushed pineapple
- sweetened condensed milk
- cool whip
Steps:
1. Drain all the juice from the crushed pineapple
2. Put the pineapple into a pan and mix in 1/3 of the condensed milk tin (this is based on taste, for sweeter results add more and for less sweet add less - taste as you go)
3. Add in about half the tub of cool whip and mix it into the pineapple until everything is covered ( add more as needed)
4. Optional: Decorate the top with whip cream, nuts or fruit
5. Put in fridge or freezer to cool and serve!

Creamy Lime Pie with Pretzel Crust | WW friendly (Weight Watchers) Perfect Summer Pie!! This creamy, sweet and tart pie filling pairs perfectly with the sweet and salty pretzel crust and makes a great summer dessert!

Ingredients:
2 1⁄2 oz Pretzels
1 Tbsp Monk fruit sweetener
3 Tbsp Brummel & Brown Spread Made with Yogurt (melted)
3⁄4 cups Fresh lime juice (I used 7 limes)
2 tsp Lime zest, divided, 1 for filling 1/2 for crust and 1/2 for garnish
4 large Eggs
14 oz Fat-free sweetened condensed milk
4 oz Kroger Fat free whipped topping
Zest limes to get 1 1/2 tsp zest for crust and filling and then juice limes until you get 3/4 cup juice. To make the crust, place pretzels in a ziplock bag and crush with a rolling pin. You can also use a food processor if you want. Add pretzel crumbs to a bowl along with the Monk fruit, melted butter spread and 1/2 tsp lime zest. Mix until well combined. Press crust mixture into the bottom of a pie pan and place in refrigerator while you make the rest of the pie. For the filling, add eggs, lime juice, lime zest and condensed milk to a large bowl or mixer and mix until combined. Pour filling onto the crust and bake at 325 for 15-20 minutes or until pie is slightly jiggly in the center. Let pie cool and then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Once cooled, top with whipped topping and garnish
