How To make Low Fat Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients

prune puree or prepared prune butter
3/4
cup
sugar
3/4
cup
brown sugar, packed
3
each
egg whites
1
teaspoon
vanilla
2 1/4
cup
flour
1
teaspoon
baking soda
1
teaspoon
salt
2
cup
chocolate pieces, semi-sweet
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Coat baking sheets with vegetable cooking spray; set aside. In a large bowl, beat prune puree or prune butter, sugars, egg whites and vanilla to blend thoroughly. In a small bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir dry ingredients into prune mixture, mix completely. Stir in chocolate pieces. Drop tablespoonful onto prepared baking sheets; flatten slightly. Bake about 10 minutes until lightly browned around the edges. Remove to racks to cool completely.
Makes about 60 cookies.

HEALTHY Low Calorie Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe!
I took all the unhealthy/high calorie ingredients in Chocolate Chip Cookies and swapped them out for healthy/lower calorie alternatives so you can have a yummy treat without all the guilt!
This Recipe makes 33 cookies and they are 90 calories each! If you want to make bigger or smaller cookies divide 3,087 (that’s how many calories are in the whole batch) by however many cookies you make to know the calorie count for each!
