mandarin orange spice tea bags
1
cup
water
1 1/3
cup
bisquick original baking mix
2
tablespoon
milk, nonfat, powdered
1/4
cup
egg substitute
Directions:
Place teabags in water and steep for 5 or 10 minutes. Beat all ingredients with wire whisk or hand beater until well blended. Pour onto center of hot waffle iron. Bake until steaming stops. Remove carefully.

Hey guys!!! your much requested dressings video is finally here! Im sharing my top 4 easy oil free dressings that are of course plant based. I hope you give them a try and enjoy!
Mustard Maple Dressing :
Maple syrup
Dijon Mustard
Smoked paprika (optional for a smoky dressings)
combine equal parts dijon mustard and maple syrup, shake until well combined, you may also add a pinch of smoked paprika for a smoky version.
Citrus Hummus Dressing:
3 Tablespoons Oil Free Hummus, I like engine 2 from Whole Foods
1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
juice of half a lemon or some orange juice (my favorite)
1-2 tablespoons maple syrup
combine all ingredients and enjoy
Strawberry Lime Basil Dressing:
1 heaping cup chopped strawberries fresh or thawed from frozen
1-2 dates
juice of half a lime
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
Combine all ingredients in blender except basil, blend until smooth then gently stir in basil
Low Fat Thai Peanut Dressing:
3/4 cup low fat powdered peanut butter, I like this one :
2 Tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
1 Tablespoon rice vinegar
1-2 tablespoons maple syrup
juice of half a lime
1/2 tsp coconut extract
pinch of ginger, fresh or powdered (optional)
add water to powdered peanut butter until you get a creamy consistency, then mix in rest of ingredients and enjoy.
Thai Salad Ingredients:
Chopped Romain and Spring Mix
Thinly sliced red cabbage
Shredded carrot
Green onions
Cucumber
Mandarin Oranges
Chopped Cilantro

Mandarin Orange Glazed Cauliflower with Asparagus
Ingredients
1 - 12 ounce bag cauliflower florets, frozen and defrosted
1/2 cup California Balsamic Mandarin Orange Vinegar
Preparation: Marinate the defrosted, frozen cauliflower florets in the vinegar for at least 4 hours
Ingredients:
10 ounce bag of chopped onions
minced garlic, ginger and crushed red pepper flakes, to taste
One bag of Trader Joe's grilled asparagus, defrosted and cut into pieces
Preparation:
Saute the onion until browned as shown in the video. Add the ginger and garlic and saute for another minute or two. Add the marinated cauliflower until the vinegar is cooked off. Serve over rice. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired.
